I don't think they preclude the ability for the city to actually work together with the federal administration on something of this scale. We're going to keep pushing it forward, because we believe that for far too long, ambition has been something that has been left in the history books of our city.

This Government has put the future of the NHT and your housing benefits in jeopardy. We are proud of having built the NHT to provide affordable housing for the people of Jamaica. Michael Manley must be turning in his grave to see its destruction under the current government. We cannot accept that! The next PNP government will restore the National Housing Trust to its rightful role as the central agency for financing affordable home ownership in this country. We will end the Government’s annual extraction of $11.4 Billion from the NHT. We will refocus the NHT on financing the development of affordable housing for Jamaicans. I feel so scammed, I commissioned an artist I loved for my first ever vtuber model back in 2022 for $650 but when i received it it was un-Rig-able and unusable, I even made sure to check with multiple riggers. I contacted the artist and we came to an agreement they will draw me more art to make up for it, (we agreed on one full body, one headshot, and 4 emotes) they deliver one of the art pieces about 6 months after receiving the first piece and no progress on anything else i just asked for a partial refund of $300 (image in thread). They agreed to pay this in installments, they have payed $50, then since have ghosted me, I don’t think I’m getting my money back, but I wanted to warn people to be careful who them commission models from and make sure they have the proper experience, and to avoid this artist for a model. I’ve been really hesitant to talk about this for a while because I really don’t know what to do and I wanted to be patient with the artist This is really upsetting because I really loved this artist so much and wanted them to be my mama, but my view/relationship of them is now not that great :/

“…TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS EXPECTED” On Monday, It was a privilege and honor for me as I declared open the first of its series; the Workshop and Retreat which was put together for the newly appointed commissioners and top Government functionaries in Plateau State. As the adage goes ‘To whom much is given, much is expected, every one of us brings something on board and that is why this retreat is called the ‘ONBOARDING OF APPOINTEES.’ We have boarded a flight, a flight that we are hopeful will take Plateau to the Land of Glory. This is a critical time in the history of Plateau State, where the expectations of the people on Government is very high. We therefore must come together, work together, plan together, and execute the programs and policies of Government together. We have not been called to a competition, we have been called to a Collaboration, and for this collaboration to be a reality, we must bond together. It is an opportunity to make History, History for good, History to the Glory of God. I believe that I can trust the appointees to join hands with me let's rebuild Plateau and set it on a new footing to the Glory of God and for the benefit of present and future generations.

I did not vote for the ROAD to Housing Act because we are $39 TRILLION in debt. I’m all for making housing more affordable for American families. But expanding the already bloated Department of Housing and Urban Development is not the answer. Not to mention this bill writes a blank check to blue cities, which we all know will end up going to ILLEGALS, not American citizens.
