Ironic that Lisa Murkoski got a special carve-out that spares Alaska from SNAP cuts - when Alaska has the highest food stamp fraud in the country.

𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵'𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 Addressing Baloch personnel serving in the state's security institutions, Dr. Sabiha Baloch said: "What happened in Turbat yesterday is a painful reminder of where we stand today. Turbat, long known as the land of resistance, has become a place where women, children, and families who come out to demand the return of their forcibly disappeared loved ones are beaten, dragged through the streets, detained, and subjected to fabricated cases and FIRs. The deepest pain is not only that peaceful people were arrested or imprisoned. The greater tragedy is that many of those carrying out the violence were our own Baloch. Today, you are wearing a uniform and erasing your identity. Holding a baton does not give anyone the right to abandon humanity or turn against their own people. By doing so, you risk becoming another face of oppression against your own people. Our culture, traditions, and values do not permit humiliation, violence, or cruelty against women, elders, and our people. Ask yourselves: who gave you this authority? Was it your land, your culture, your honour, or your conscience? Or was it only the uniform you wear? Last night, Sayed Bibi and her children spent the night in a graveyard because of fear and persecution. Reflect on what that means. Can your faith, your identity, your homeland, or your sense of honour ever justify a mother being forced to seek refuge in a graveyard with her children? This is not the conduct of a human person or a Baloch, but rather the act of an animal and a power lover. Remember, power is temporary. Uniforms are temporary. One day they will be taken off. When your funeral is carried, it will be Baloch shoulders that lift it, and when you are laid to rest, it is this land that will embrace you, not the uniform or the authority you once held. Before that day comes, stop and reflect on the path you are choosing. To those Baloch serving in the FC, police, or other state institutions: participation in actions against your own people is not merely a matter of following orders but an equal participation in Baloch genocide. Then, history will remember you as a colonizer. Consider carefully what legacy you wish to leave for future generations."

Insecurity. HERE ARE THE RED FLAGS TO HELP YOU IDENTIFY IMPERSONATORS, KIDNAPPERS, CRIMINALS, TERRORISTS ON MILITARY OR PARAMILITARY UNIFORMS WHEN DRIVING OR TRAVELING THROUGH THE HIGHWAYS IN NIGERIA. VISIBILITY AND STATIONED VEHICLES. When driving and you suddenly sight men in uniform and guns, either soldiers in Army camouflage, police, or paramilitary uniforms standing on the express in an isolated area, slow down from afar and scan the area for proper visibility. If the road is a two lane express, ensure both sides of the road where the uniform men are standing are not covered with bush. If the both sides of the road is covered with thick and over grown grass, please it is a red flag. Before soldiers, police, civil defence, immigration or customs set up checkpoints or road blocks in the middle of nowhere, they will properly clear the bushes on one side, or on both sides of the road where they intend to mount their road block. They will build makeshift shades or seats. They may build makeshift shelter and create a proper space for vehicles to park. At a certain distance, the road block will be very visible to you as a motorists. HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT. If you see such road blocks, please check both sides of the road if there is a stationed vehicle of the officers. For such an isolated roadblock there must be a well branded vehicle of the organisation parked by the side of the road for easy identification, confidence, and protection assurance. If the men who blocked the road are on Army camouflage, you will see a well branded Army Hilux parked by the side of the road. If they are on police uniform, you will see a well branded police vehicle parked by the side of the road. If they are on customs, immigration or civil defence uniform, you will see their branded vehicles parked by the side of the road. The vehicle is for proper identification and protection assurance. Please note: on such isolated road blocks or checkpoint, they will never use unbranded vehicles, unmarked vehicles, or private cars. If you don't see a branded vehicle of the force parked by one side of the road when you sight such road blocks from a distance, it a big red flag. If such road block is not very visible from a distance, it's also a big red flag. HOW THE OFFICERS ARE KITTED UP. Check how the uniform men on the road are dressed from up to down. If they are on a legitimate stop and search or road block, they will dress properly from head to toe. They will Put on their uniforms properly, with boots. They will put on their caps and will properly shave their beards as officers. No overgrown hair, no dreadlocks, no long beards. If you see them on pam slippers, snickers, or rubber shoe, it is a very big red flag. HOW THEIR GUNS ARE POSITIONED OR DISPLAYED. If they are on legitimate road block, or on a stop and search, they will never point their guns on oncoming vehicles. Their guns will either be hanged on their back, or seen pointing to the ground. In this video, you will see that they are not properly kitted up. They are putting on pam slippers, and mounting road block. (RED FLAG) You will not see a branded vehicle of the Army parked on any side of the road. (RED FLAG) You can clearly see some of them pointing their guns towards oncoming vehicles. Ready to shoot. (RED FLAG) Please don't be deceived by their uniform. They are bandits and terrorists using the Nigerian military camouflage to disguise. Retweet to save a life.

THEORY: Did Fanatics’ launch of stitched NFL jerseys for 30 teams reveal 2 teams planning new uniform redesigns in 2027? Connecting the drop with facts & rumors about why the Saints & Dolphins *could* be working on new primary uniforms! 🎥👇 I transcribed my video below, but the key points to consider: - I’m not reporting a redesign, but those I could reach today said my theory makes sense - Prior to this, there was already enough signs & smoke around the Dolphins & Saints considering new uniforms - The 2026 season has been locked since before the 2025 season, this is for 2027 - No one made a mistake, this is just a product of the long uniform process TRANSCRIPT (for those who like to read 😉): I think I might have uncovered something pretty big. You might know I love talking about jerseys, uniforms, sports design, especially in football. And occasionally, I like to report a little news, break some news I find out. Well, yesterday, Fanatics officially announced what I reported back in October, that they're bringing back stitched jerseys for NFL jerseys. But I didn't get excited and start connecting some dots until I noticed that they didn't drop the stitched jerseys for every NFL team. There are two missing. And it got me thinking about everything I've ever reported and said, all my videos I've ever made, and it specifically brought me to three key facts. Fact 1: teams work on new uniform designs for multiple years. My talks and videos with the Falcons and Ravens confirm this. The reason for this, among many reasons, they need to let manufacturers know ahead of time to get the proper materials and to prepare the new designs, both the new ones and to wind down existing ones. Fact 2: that does impact distributors. Retailers are notified as early as a year out to stop ordering and selling certain jerseys if new ones will be replacing it because they don't want to be sitting there with a bunch of unsold jerseys. That brings me to Fact 3. We know that Fanatics has been the NFL's official manufacturer and distributor, the exclusive one, since 2018. Well, the two teams that did not have stitched jerseys dropped with the rest of the league? My Dolphins and the Saints. Now I want to be clear real quick: Fanatics did not mess up. They did not make a mistake. They were simply following the long-winding uniform process that multiple parties are involved in. So why does this raise flags in me that the Saints and Dolphins could be getting new uniforms in 2027? Again, we know how long the process is, but there have been multiple reports about whispers within the Saints organization about new uniform and considerations, possible changes And back in April 2025, when I first reported the Dolphins having internal and external interest in a dark uniform, they also had interest in an orange uniform. So both teams having some whispers, some reported discussions about new uniforms does tell me maybe there is fire with this smoke. And also importantly, I feel like most Dolphins and Saints fans have wanted new uniforms for a while now. Maybe the organizations are listening. Now, I'm not confirming anything. And all of this, I guess, could be a moot point if the Saints and Dolphins quickly drop stitched jerseys for retail… unless we find out it was a rushed reactionary process. Once again, I'm just connecting the dots, but what do you want to see?

🚨NEW: Dr. Phil informs Joe Rogan that reinstating Trump's 'Remain in Mexico' policy would end the border invasion, China is purchasing land near U.S. military bases with an influx of military-aged men entering the country, and Biden's policies are fueling child trafficking. The Border Patrol Union Chief warned Dr. Phil that Biden's termination of Trump's rapid DNA testing at the border has led to a surge in child trafficking for both the sex industry and child labor. "If you go back and watch Obama speeches, Bush speeches, Clinton speeches, and all the presidents before talked about having a strong, protected border. This is a weird thing they are doing. They're just letting people come in, and the Red Cross and different groups are giving people maps, showing them how to do it, and encouraging it." "The border guards say instead of apprehending these people, they are greeting them, processing them, and giving them money and resources. The Texas border guards wear brown uniforms, and the federal guards wear green. If you get arrested by a brown uniform, you get arrested, processed, and sent back. If you get apprehended by a green uniform, you get arrested, processed, and given a court date in seven years. So they run to the green uniforms and away from the brown uniforms." "I talked to the head of the union for all the border guards. His name is Brandon Judd. And he said we don't need more money. We don't need more agents. We don't need new legislation. We just need you to let us do our job. We need you to apply the laws that exist now. And we'll be fine. If we had 'Remain in Mexico' in place instead of come over here. Just use the legislation that's on the books, and we're fine." "They tell me that between 2010 and 2020, they had about 1500 Chinese come across the border, and in the first months of 2023, they had about 33,000 come across the border... The number of military-aged men showing up with military haircuts, clearly in shape, showing up with six packs, and military boots is not an insignificant number... We don't know where they are going. We're not following them. We're not tracking them." "We have no way of verifying if these children are coming in with someone that says I'm their mother or uncle or whatever. We used to under President Trump. We had rapid DNA testing, but that's been done away with. These people released into the country are given money. Our taxpayers ultimately facilitate the travel. There's a really good possibility that they're being trafficked. That they are going into the sex industry. Or they are being forced to work at sweatshops. We are knowingly spending our tax dollars to sell children into sex trafficking." "We then dug into what's happening with the Chinese government or Chinese nationals buying farmland, and it's all around U.S. military installations. It's really concerning when you look at what's happening around those military installations, they have land around. Like stealth bomber training and drone training, and it's very troubling that it's so strategic where it's all placed." Joe Rogan Dr. Phil

🚨 WATCH: Keir Starmer's Christmas message to Britain "I'd like to wish the whole country a very happy Christmas. Right now, all across the UK, people are traveling home to be with their loved ones. "Children are bursting with excitement. Families are making the final preparations. Wrapping presents. Hanging stockings. Rushing out for last minute bits. It's a truly special time of year. "And it's a time to remind ourselves what's really important. Family. Friends. Community. "It's a time to celebrate the Christmas story and to cherish the Christian values that define it. Peace. Charity and goodwill to all. "That is the promise of the season. And just as so many put their feet up, some truly special people will be pulling on their uniforms and heading out to work. "Our NHS staff emergency services and the brave men and women of our armed forces all playing their part, doing their bit to care for the nation and to keep us safe. "Many volunteers will be out there as well. Serving food. Reaching out to help those lonely or in need. So on behalf of the whole country, I want to say a big thank you. As a nation, we should raise a glass to you this Christmas. "But more than that, we should each do our bit as well. I know many across Britain are still struggling with the cost of living. Helping with that is my priority. "But at this time of the year, which celebrates love and abundance, loss or hardship can feel even more acute. So call around to a neighbour. Check in on a friend or a relative who you haven't heard from for a while. Reach out. It can make a huge difference. "That is what Christmas is about. So whether you're at home this evening, heading to work, heading to church, or maybe heading to the pub, let's look forward and celebrate the joy and hope that Christmas brings. "From my family to yours. To everyone in the United Kingdom. I hope you all have a very happy Christmas"

[DID YOU KNOW] Disobeying the South African Police Service National Instruction 5 of 2017 is a punishable offence in terms of disciplinary regulations. The new trend of posting pictures and video clips in uniform on various social media platforms, directly contravenes National Instruction 5 of 2017. According to Section 19(10) of National Instruction 5 of 2017 on Media Communication in the South African Police Service, the following rules must be adhered to: No member may, on their own accord, represent the SAPS on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc., either on their own social media accounts or those belonging to the SAPS. No member may use a profile picture of themselves in uniform or display any police insignia, badges, or logos as their avatar on their private social media accounts. Only with the approval of the Head of Corporate Communication and Liaison may a social media profile be set up for or on behalf of the SAPS on any social network. Accordingly, no station, cluster, unit, or office of the SAPS is permitted to have a social media profile or account without approval. These regulations ensure that all members execute their duties professionally within the confines of the law. Any employee who transgresses in any form or manner will be subjected to the processes of the applicable Disciplinary Regulations. All SAPS members are required to subscribe to the SAPS Code of Conduct and Dress Code and adhere to them when performing their daily duties and interacting with the public. Your efficiency, professionalism, integrity, respect, and empathy are vital to service delivery and the SAPS’s reputation, which in turn influences the community's trust in their police service.

A police officer carries enormous power. The power to stop, search, arrest, detain, investigate and, in some cases, use force. That power must always come with responsibility. It is therefore deeply disturbing that many police officers in Kenya continue to hide their names and service numbers while carrying out their duties. This is not only wrong, it is a direct violation of the law. The National Police Service Act No. 11A of 2011 is clear. Paragraph A10 states: "A Police officer in uniform shall at all times affix a nametag or identifiable Service number in a clearly visible part of the uniform." The law does not say "sometimes." It does not say "when convenient." It says at all times. Why would an officer conceal their identity from the public they are sworn to serve? An honest officer should have no fear of being identified. A professional officer should proudly wear their name and service number. It is the rogue officer, the corrupt officer and the abusive officer who benefits from anonymity. When citizens cannot identify officers, complaints become impossible. Accountability disappears. Justice is obstructed. Public trust is destroyed. The Inspector General knows this problem exists. The National Police Service Commission knows it exists. Human rights organizations have repeatedly raised concerns about it. Yet little meaningful action has been taken. A police uniform should never become a mask behind which misconduct is hidden. The question Kenyans must ask is simple: Are we being policed by accountable public servants, or by individuals who deliberately conceal their identities while exercising state power? No police officer should be above the law. The first duty of law enforcement is to obey the law. Every officer must wear a visible name tag and service number.
