90% of Kannadigas studied English for atleast 10 yrs. However, most cannot speak proper English. If Kannadigas with formal training in English cannot speak proper English, how can you expect someone to learn Kannada without formal education?

If you want to learn discrimination then learn from Indians whether it is on the basis of caste, colour, religion or anything. 8, 10 year old kids are calling a North East Indian as Ching Chong and Chinese. Where did they learn this from? From their parents?
