This guy here is walking us through how he does an estimate to mow and weed eat this yard. Pretty straight forward. He is quoting this house at $75 a week to do the yard, so $300 a month, once a week. But, he says if it rains, even if it rains for weeks and they can’t mow, they are getting paid their $75 and if the customer doesn’t like it, they don’t need that customer. Is that the standard in the industry if you are on a weekly schedule with a lawn care company? Are you paying $75 even if they don’t do your yard?

I don’t care if the customer was late, rude or otherwise out of line. No airline employee should ever behave this way. There is a professional way to handle things, especially when you are representing a major airline. The state of air travel sucks.

The point of a tariff is to make firms build factories at home. But if it's on Monday, off Tuesday, back on Wednesday, no one pours concrete. Chaotic tariffs give you all of the cost and almost none of the benefit.⁣ ⁣
