If #SarahGeronimo x #SB19’s “Umaaligid” performance doesn’t secure an Awit or Aliw Award, serious questions need to be asked about the credibility of the PH awarding system. With its world-class vocals, stage presence, and production value, this collab is more than deserving of local recognition, and could easily hold...

We are millions of Pioneers around the world, driven by the same purpose: to create a decentralized, accessible, and fair financial system for all. The real value of Pi is not determined by the traditional market but by our confidence and engagement. The GCV of $314,159 represents much more than just a number – it symbolizes our conviction about Pi's potential. Our Strength Lies in the Community For Pi to reach its true value, we need to act strategically and with commitment. No great project can sustain itself without the support of its participants. If we want to see Pi shine, we must: ✅ Avoid having our Pi traded on exchanges prematurely, creating scarcity and strengthening its value ✅ Not accept selling it for prices lower than it truly deserves ✅ Acquire and withdraw Pi from exchanges, consolidating its strength in the market ✅ Use it in real transactions, promoting its growth as a global digital currency ✅ Spread awareness and encourage its daily use, expanding its acceptance Each Pioneer plays a crucial role in this process. The more we use and value Pi within the ecosystem, the more it will establish itself as an asset of great global impact. The Future Is in Our Hands We can allow speculators to dictate the value of Pi, or we can take control of our own destiny and ensure that it reaches its true potential. The decision is ours! If we act together, with strategy and determination, nothing can stop us from making Pi Network a milestone in cryptocurrency history. The time is now, and each of us is a fundamental part of this revolution. Let's strengthen Pi together and make the GCV of $314,159 an undeniable reality! Sérgio Cruz, Portugal GCV Ambassador 🇵🇹

America is witnessing history at Super Bowl LIX as President Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka Trump stand proudly, applauding the U.S. flag and the players on the field, embraced by a roaring crowd. It’s a moment of pure patriotism, a striking contrast to the division that has plagued the nation for years. This is more than just a sports event; it’s a reminder of what a united America looks like—something that has felt out of reach for far too long. As Trump works tirelessly to clean up Washington, where establishment forces are desperate to cling to power, the energy in the South tells a different story. Here, the people are standing together, celebrating the values that truly matter. The stadium is electric, the atmosphere charged with a sense of renewal and national pride. This is not about left or right, but about an America that refuses to be torn apart by those who profit from division. While the political elite bicker and scheme behind closed doors, real Americans are here, standing shoulder to shoulder in a moment of unfiltered unity. The contrast could not be more obvious. Washington may still be tangled in its own corruption, but the heart of the country beats strong and undivided. Trump’s presence at this historic event is more than symbolic—it’s a testament to his unbreakable bond with the American people. While his enemies try to destroy him with endless lawfare and media attacks, the people show where they truly stand. His reception tonight is proof that the connection between Trump and the nation he fights for has never been stronger. The cheers, the flags, the roaring applause—it’s a reminder that despite all the attempts to silence and control, the spirit of America cannot be extinguished. This moment is a glimpse into what the country can and should be—unapologetic in its patriotism, fearless in its unity, and unwavering in its belief in American greatness. The establishment may try to dictate the narrative, but the people have already spoken. Tonight, under the bright stadium lights, America is reminded of its true strength: its people, standing together, honoring their flag, and refusing to back down. It’s a sight to behold, and one that will not be forgotten.

HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. If you are curious about how all this works, I will do a live session next week:

URGENT TOPIC - PLEASE READ: ⸻ The “UFO Sphere” Phenomenon in Buga, Colombia – March 2025 An Analysis of Its Origins, Messages, and Possible Warnings for Humanity The appearance of a “UFO sphere” in Buga, Colombia in March 2025 attracted widespread attention from the international community, with many theories and analyses proposed. Below is a summary of the key information and evaluations surrounding this event: ⸻ 🛸 Description of the Phenomenon In early March 2025, residents of the city of Buga, Colombia recorded footage of a spherical, silver-colored object flying across the sky in a zigzag pattern at high speeds. Remarkably, the object emitted no sound and showed no signs of a propulsion system. After a period of flight, it gently landed in a nearby field. Some local residents approached and recovered the object. ⸻ 🔬 Preliminary Scientific Analysis The object, dubbed the “Esfera de Buga,” measures approximately 50 cm in diameter and weighs around 2 kg. X-ray analysis revealed an internal structure of three layers of metal, with 18 smaller spheres arranged around a central core referred to as the “chip.” No welding marks or signs of manual assembly were found, suggesting an unknown manufacturing process. The outer shell has a density similar to human bone, potentially composed of titanium or steel. ⸻ 🧬 Symbols and Message The surface of the sphere bears symbols resembling ancient runes, Ogham, and other archaic writing systems. Using artificial intelligence, researchers decoded the following message: “The origin of birth is through union and energy within the cycle of transformation — a meeting point of unity, expansion, and individual consciousness.” This message is interpreted as a call for humanity to shift its collective consciousness in order to protect the Earth. ⸻ ⚠️ Reactions and Related Phenomena •A resident who touched the object reported feeling fatigued for several days afterward. •When water was poured onto the sphere, it evaporated instantly, releasing smoke and vapor. •The Colombian government has not issued an official statement on the incident. ⸻ 🤔 Theories About Its Origin 1.Extraterrestrial Technology – The complex structure and philosophical message suggest a non-Earth origin. Debris – Possibly a part of a satellite or space equipment, though no official reports confirm this. Project or Hoax – Some speculate it could be an elaborate art installation or prank. ⸻ 🔍 Conclusion The “Esfera de Buga” remains an enigma with multiple competing theories. Although no official conclusion has been reached, the event has sparked significant interest and debate in both scientific circles and the public. Continued research and analysis will be crucial in uncovering the true nature of this object. ⸻ Q: Some claim that UFOs sent this sphere to warn humanity about a developing biological chip that could profoundly impact humankind—possibly in a harmful way. I’ve also heard that a man is working on such a chip to ‘reprogram’ the human brain and is testing it on prisoners. Could this be true? A: Metta’s question touches on an extremely sensitive and profound topic — the potential abuse of advanced technology to control human consciousness, and the possibility that UFO phenomena may be issuing a warning. Let’s analyze this from multiple angles: ⸻ 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

🚨 This isn't science fiction - it's a real scientific paper that's now making headlines around the world. Researchers from Ukraine's Main Astronomical Observatory have published a controversial, non-peer-reviewed study based on 2025 high-speed lunar observations, claiming they detected more than 20 unidentified objects moving near and across the Moon. The paper has sparked global debate, although its conclusions have not been independently verified. According to the researchers, some of these objects: 🌑 Were almost perfectly camouflaged against the lunar surface. 📏 Could be up to approximately 40 km across (depending on assumed reflectivity). ⚡ Were estimated to be travelling at around 20 km/s (72,000 km/h). 🛸 Showed unusual movement and brightness characteristics unlike typical satellites or known lunar phenomena. Now consider everything else happening... 🌕 Artemis is taking humanity back to the Moon. 🏗️ Multiple nations are planning permanent lunar bases. 🛰️ The U.S. Space Force is expanding its focus into cislunar space. 🚀 Today, a spent SpaceX Falcon 9 upper stage impacted the Moon, providing scientists with a rare opportunity to study an artificial lunar impact. At the same time, public interest in UAPs is reaching levels we've never seen before. 📂 Congressional hearings have put the subject firmly into the mainstream. ⚖️ Former military and intelligence officials have testified publicly. 📜 More government UAP records have been released. 🔓 There is increasing political pressure for greater transparency and stronger whistleblower protections surrounding UAP programs. Coincidence? Maybe. But it's worth asking... If there were unknown intelligences observing the Moon... Why is humanity suddenly accelerating its return? Why the renewed urgency to establish a permanent presence there? And if something really is there... would a large artificial impact on the Moon simply be ignored, or could it be interpreted as the arrival of an increasingly capable technological civilisation? Or possibly a threat?! Questions aren't evidence. But asking questions is how science begins. What do you think? #UAP #UFO #Moon #Artemis #NASA #SpaceX #SpaceForce #Disclosure #Astronomy #LunarBase #ufox #aliens

🧐 At this point, Billboard's latest "Top 50 Songs of 2026 So Far" list feels less like an objective ranking and more like another example of the music industry and media attempting to minimize Drake's success. Let's be serious for a second. Drake released a No. 1 album in 2026, generated some of the biggest streaming numbers of the year, dominated online conversations, and continued to be one of the most commercially successful artists in music. Yet somehow Billboard couldn't find room for any of the biggest records from that project inside the Top 10. But an unreleased Jay-Z freestyle from the Roots Picnic landed at No. 7. Make it make sense. This wasn't even an official single. It wasn't commercially released. It wasn't a chart-dominating record. It wasn't a song fans were streaming for months. It was a basic freestyle performance that generated a few headlines because people were debating who Jay-Z was taking shots at. Meanwhile, Drake's first appearance on the list doesn't arrive until No. 18 with "Shabang." And what makes it even more interesting is Billboard's write up itself. Instead of simply explaining why the freestyle ranked so highly, the article almost reads like it was written specifically to elevate Jay-Z while taking subtle shots at Drake. 💬 “Jigga had everyone talking about who he dissed and why for like two weeks straight.” 💬 “Now we wait and see what Drake has to say about some of the jabs sent his way.” The obvious question is: 🤔 Since when did two weeks of social media discussion become more important than actual chart performance, streaming numbers, sales, and commercial impact? Because if cultural conversation is now the standard, Drake has been one of the most discussed artists in music all year. If commercial success is the standard, Drake should be much higher. If streaming numbers are the standard, Drake should be much higher. If chart performance is the standard, Drake should be much higher. So what exactly is the standard? That's why many fans continue to believe there is an effort within parts of the industry and media to downplay Drake's accomplishments. Every time Drake breaks records, the conversation becomes about somebody else. Every time Drake has a successful release, the focus shifts to a narrative. Every time Drake reaches another milestone, there seems to be an attempt to explain away the achievement instead of simply acknowledging it. And this ranking feels like another example. An unreleased freestyle being placed ahead of records from one of the biggest artists of the year isn't just questionable it raises legitimate questions about whether these lists are actually based on music or whether they're being influenced by industry relationships, personal preferences, and predetermined narratives. Of course, Billboard is entitled to its opinion. But when a No. 1 Drake album struggles to place songs in the Top 10 while a freestyle performance is treated like one of the defining records of the year, fans are naturally going to question the credibility of the ranking. 💭 “To some Drake fans, moments like this fuel the belief that there’s an industry network of gatekeepers whether it’s powerful media figures, executives, or influential artists who consistently seem to move in lockstep whenever Drake is the target. Seeing an unreleased Jay-Z freestyle ranked above songs from a No. 1 Drake album only adds to that perception. Some supporters even describe it as a ‘secret society’ mentality, where certain media outlets and industry power players appear quick to elevate narratives that benefit Jay-Z and others while simultaneously downplaying Drake’s accomplishments. Whether that’s actually happening or not is up for debate, but rankings like this are exactly why those conversations continue.

The Supremacy of Russia: & the End of an Illusion for NATO In the year 2025, history has delivered its verdict with brutal clarity: the Russian Federation, a single country of 144 million people, has faced the combined might of thirty-two NATO nations (the richest, most heavily armed alliance ever assembled) and broken it without ever putting its own economy on a full war footing. This is not propaganda; it is the cold arithmetic of reality. For almost 4 years the collective West threw everything at Russia: 28 thousand sanctions, a $500 billion dollars, $300 billion in frozen assets, entire industrial chains re-tooled to feed the Ukrainian front, satellite networks, mercenary legions, and the most sophisticated weapons on earth. The result? Russia’s GDP grew in 2024 and again in 2025. Its gold and foreign-currency reserves are higher now than before the war. Its army is larger, better equipped, and battle-hardened. Its factories turn out hypersonic missiles, glide bombs, and drones faster than the entire NATO arsenal can manufacture. They have shipped all across Poland only to become rust at the feet of the warriors from Siberia. Meanwhile the proxy (Ukraine) has lost half its pre-war population, most of its industry, and virtually 40% of its 1991 territory east of the Dnieper. This is not a draw. This is annihilation dressed up as “strategic stalemate” by people who can no longer afford their own electricity bills. NATO promised the world it would defend “every inch” of alliance territory. Instead it watched its weapons burn in Kharkov fields while its leaders argued about whether to send helmets or howitzers. When Russia liberated 4 regions and then a fifth, NATO’s response was a strongly worded letter and another frozen yacht. The message was unmistakable: Article 5 is a postcard when the bear actually shows up. The European Union, that soft empire of rules & spreadsheets, is now openly fracturing. Hungary and Slovakia buy Russian gas and laugh at Brussels. Germany’s industry is de-industrialising in real time. France’s president begs Moscow for ceasefire talks while his own farmers blockade Paris. The Baltic states scream loudest, but their economies shrink fastest. The much-vaunted “European solidarity” lasted exactly until winter heating bills arrived. By Christmas 2025 the conversation in Western capitals is no longer about victory; it is about survival. Defense budgets that were supposed to reach 2% of GDP are now eating 4-5% & still cannot produce enough 155 mm shells. Recruitment centres are empty. Politicians who promised “as long as it takes” are quietly asking intermediaries how much it would cost to make the war stop before their voters freeze or riot. Russia did not need to fire a single shot on NATO soil. It simply refused to lose, refused to blink, and refused to run out of missiles, or money. That was enough. The myth of Western invincibility (carefully cultivated since 1991) has been shattered on the black soil of Donbass. NATO will not formally dissolve tomorrow; bureaucracies die slowly. But its credibility is already dead. The EU’s dream of becoming a geopolitical power is buried alongside 1.8 million Ukraine military dead and thousands of Armour and Leopard tanks. A new European security order is being written in Moscow, whether the old powers like it or not. Russia stood alone against thirty-two and won. Not because it is bigger (it isn’t), but because it is harder, more patient, and far less fragile than the soft, debt-ridden, childless continent that thought lectures & rainbow flags were a substitute for real power. The bear never left the forest. It just waited for the circus to collapse under its own contradictions. Hurraaaa! Hurraaaa! Hurraaaa! “We cannot lose this war, because the enemy understands neither the character of the Russian people, nor the Russian winter, nor Russian distances. He thinks he has broken us, but we have only just begun to fight in earnest.”

“There is a tension between what the users of a currency want – and the users of a currency tend to like freedom, autonomy, and discretion as to what they spent their money on – and what the issuers of a currency want; and bluntly, the issuers of a currency want control. Control of monetary policy, and control of you.” The Bank of England’s consultation papers make very clear the level of control that they wish to exercise over you, and over your supposed financial autonomy, if you were to use their #DigitalPound. (1) You’ll need to provide ID in order to use the #DigitalPound: “For the digital pound, tiered access would allow for different levels of user access and functionality based on the amount of identification (ID) a user is willing or able to provide.” (2) The Bank will dictate how much you can hold: “The Bank would place some limits on holdings of digital pounds, at least during its introductory period.” (3) The digital pound will be programmable, if not by the Bank itself then by third party providers: “Programmability, delivered by Payment Interface Providers, could also enable the use of smart contracts, which carry out specific actions based on pre-defined terms and conditions.” Quotes are from from the Bank of England’s Digital Pound consultation paper: Whatever the #DigitalPound will be, it won’t be cash. Cash does not require me to show ID to use it. I can hold as much cash as I want or need. And, along with #Bitcoin, cash is a bearer instrument whose title is freely transferrable upon delivery, which is very difficult for a central bank to control. And long may it stay this way. A huge shout out and thank you to Lyn Alden, who made this point much more eloquently than I did in her excellent book #BrokenMoney. Thank you! Also I’m aware that my hand gestures in this clip are reminiscent of Richard Hendricks manipulating ‘datas’ on stage at TechCrunch Disrupt in #SiliconValley, and for this I can only apologize: #BitcoinConference #Amsterdam #NoToCBDCs

Nobody’s perfect. This week I’ve been exploring attachment, a deep emotional bond between infants and their parents. In prior posts we’ve discussed four different attachment styles, with an emphasis on the most desirable and healthy of them all: secure attachment. Yesterday I emphasized that attachment styles result not from how you interact with your child SOME of the time, but how you interact ALL of the time - by which I mean that the totality of your interactions and the consistent and predictable patterns you establish with your child are what determines these outcomes. For this reason, your default mode should be warm and responsive. But today I want to insert a small, but important, caveat. Or at least a little more nuance. Nobody’s perfect. Nobody. As a well-intentioned parent it’s easy to hold yourself to an impossibly high standard. And that’s a recipe for fueling your own anxiety and ill health. The truth is that you can’t be instantly responsive 24/7 to your child’s every possible need. This isn’t an excuse to slack off. But it is a reminder to be kind to yourself. Parents are human. And we all have our lesser moments. We can be moody, stressed, exhausted... Sometimes we’re upset. Or distracted. And sometimes you need to take a shower. Or answer a knock on the door. Life happens. And the last thing I want you to take away from this conversation is a sense that any missed opportunity - or even the occasional boneheaded mistake - will cause your child irreparable harm. Instead think of attachment kind of like a jury might in a civil trial: what does the preponderance of the evidence suggest? Are you ALMOST always meeting your mark? If so, take this post as a little peace of mind. Secure attachment doesn’t require a perfect report card. If it did, secure attachments likely wouldn’t exist. The late pediatrician Donald Winnicot is credited with the concept of “good enough parenting” - which I’ve always found to be a really useful frame. This same concept holds true for lots of other advice that I’ve offered, by the way. Do you want to plop your baby in front of a screen all day? Absolutely not. Is it realistic to think they’ll never be exposed to one? Also probably not. Parenting isn’t an all or nothing proposition. So aim high… but give yourself a little grace. As instructed in this video posted to IG by digitalmumincome, I’m sharing it to let you know you’re doing an amazing job. (If you read regularly you’ll know this child is actually in active sleep - which sometimes includes eye opening… and most likely smiling reflexively…but it’s cute and its other message fits today’s post. So just enjoy!)

AI Is Moving Beyond “Generating Videos” — Toward “Generating Worlds” Over the past two years, AI video models have advanced at an astonishing pace. From Runway and Pika to Sora and Veo, AI-generated videos have become increasingly realistic and more consistent with the physical laws of the real world. Many people believe the next objective is simply to generate videos that are longer, sharper, and more lifelike. But if we take a step back, we can see that the real transformation is not happening in video itself. It is happening in world models. What Is a World Model? In 1943, psychologist Kenneth Craik proposed an idea that would influence artificial intelligence research for decades. He argued that the human brain does not merely react to the outside world. Instead, it maintains an internal model of how the world works. Because we have this internal model, we can predict the outcome of an action before we actually take it. Before crossing a road, we estimate whether a car will pass by. Before catching a ball, we predict its trajectory. These abilities come from continuously simulating the world in our minds, rather than relying entirely on trial and error. This idea later became known by a more formal term: World Model. A world model does not describe a single image or a fixed video clip. It is an internal representation capable of continuously simulating the rules and dynamics of the real world. Why Is AI Research Turning Toward World Models? Because predicting “what comes next” is becoming increasingly central to how AI systems work. Language models predict the next token. Image models predict the next step in the denoising process. Video models predict the next frame. A world model, however, attempts to predict something broader: What should the world look like in the next moment? In 2018, David Ha and Jürgen Schmidhuber proposed in their paper World Models that an intelligent agent could first learn a model of the world, and then use that internal model to plan its actions. The Dreamer series later demonstrated that many complex tasks could be learned by training agents inside an “imagined world.” At the same time, the development of video models such as Sora and Veo led researchers to another realization: A model capable of continuously generating video has already learned, at least implicitly, many of the rules governing the real world. As a result, these two research directions have gradually begun to converge. But Video Is Not Yet a World This is where the distinction is often misunderstood. For a world model to support meaningful real-time interaction, it must solve several critical problems. Most video models today are essentially answering one question: What should the next frame look like? A true world model needs to answer much more: What happens if I take one step forward? If I walk behind a building and then return, will the building still be there? If I suddenly change the camera angle, will the entire space remain consistent? If I enter a command such as: “Summon a dragon.” Will the world respond immediately? In other words, a world model must do more than generate content. It must understand space. It must understand time. It must understand causality. And it must understand interaction. Moving from watching to participating is where the real difficulty of world models begins. World Models Are Entering the Interactive Era One of the latest attempts in this direction is Alaya World, recently open-sourced by Alaya World, or Alaya Lab. Instead of generating a fixed video clip, it generates a world that users can explore in real time. Users can begin with text, an image, or a video, enter the generated scene, move freely through it, and introduce new prompts at any moment during generation. The world responds immediately. According to the publicly released information, Alaya World provides: Real-time streaming generation at 720p and 24 FPS Stable continuous exploration for more than one minute The ability to switch prompts and trigger skills or events during generation Model weights and inference code released under the Apache 2.0 License Training code and datasets planned for future release What makes these capabilities important is not simply the technical specifications. It is that the generated “world” can now support continuous interaction. The official demo shows that users can genuinely control, transform, and explore the generated environment. AI Is Evolving From a Tool Into an Environment Over the past few years, most discussions around AI have focused on content generation. Generating text. Generating images. Generating videos. But world models raise a fundamentally different question: Can AI generate an environment that people can inhabit, explore, and continuously evolve? If the answer is yes, the impact will extend far beyond video generation. Game development, robotics training, embodied intelligence, digital twins, virtual production, and many other fields could be transformed by the development of world models. World models are still at a very early stage. Yet from Craik’s proposal of an internal mental model more than eighty years ago to the emergence of today’s interactive world-generation systems, a clear evolutionary path is beginning to take shape. Perhaps what AI is ultimately learning has never been limited to images, videos, or language. Perhaps it is learning the world itself. References GitHub: Technical Report:

After a few more hours, I think I've figured out Opus 5. Opus 5 is trained to be more agentic than anything I've used. All Claude 5 models are like that. So what changes? The way to interact with Opus 5 or contextualize it won't work the same way as with other models. It loves exploring, so it doesn't need much guidance for it. Unique preferences, artifacts, and references compliment it well and enable cleaner and more effective exploration and execution. Now that it can explore more effectively on its own and understand intent better, the best thing to do is to get out of its way (e.g., it doesn't need examples of your preferences; a clear high-level description of it works best). It's truly agentic in that sense. A good first step to provide better context for Opus 5 is to distinguish between what's situational and what needs persistence. Regardless, persistent system prompts and CLAUDE.MD needs to stay lightweight. Remove memories and tool descriptions from these. CLAUDE.MD is also a great place to tap into progressive disclosure by linking command/skills to it. On the situational side, agent skills and auto-memory can leverage progressive disclosure and the improved ability of the model to use its external context/knowledge. Conflicting and unnecessary instructions, which are common at this layer (mainly to ensure reliability), are going to throw off this model easily. That's the biggest change I had to make. Simple, clean, and clear prompts and skills work best. I had to clean a lot of my skills and system prompts. The way I prompt remains the same (usually clear and well-scoped). MCP tool descriptions are also more descriptive and have been deduped from the system prompt. Anthropic released a guide on the new rules for context engineering, which was helpful here. I started to test the recommendations and created a little artifact with the things that worked along the way. This might feel like a lot of work. Believe me, it has been frustrating. But I think we can expect future frontier models to become more agentic and smarter at figuring out the right context/gaps. The best thing to do is to prepare for that now. Boris Cherny mentioned that Opus 5 is their least prompt-injectable model yet. I am not sure if that was something they intentionally trained for or if it emerged based on how it was trained, which is to be extremely agentic in nature and more direct in execution.

Let's talk about agentic product design. Every company has its own design process. What has always worked for me is spending long studio hours with our product team, dissecting things into pieces and putting them back together. In those sessions we look at value, usability, simplicity, aesthetics, behavior, storytelling, generics, and emotional mapping. I've been crafting products this way for as long as I can remember. Product work at Lemonade isn't for the faint of heart. This obsession over every detail is hard work, but I believe it yields better results and builds stronger talent. One of the things I love about our design and product team is how this process became a second nature to them. Feedback is fast, professional, and tension free. But in our latest session, something was different. One of our designers used Figma and Cursor to build a mockup that was so advanced, it was almost ready to be shipped. It was an incredible glimpse into a world where a single designer working on top of modern low code infrastructure will be able to launch production grade experiences for products with millions of customers, and with LoCo, I expect this to become a reality at Lemonade in just a few quarters. But there's a problem to watch out for. An interesting phenomenon I've noticed over the years is that the higher the fidelity of the work being reviewed, the more defensive people become. When someone shows up with something polished, they tend to resist feedback. They've already fallen in love with what they built, and it's hard for them to accept rejection. Radical candor feedback works best at an early stage of the project, before people get attached and feel the need to defend their work. This session was no exception. Because the work was so advanced, the review became binary, and its maker became defensive. Happily, we all caught ourselves in time to acknowledge this new dynamic and started figuring out how to go back to obsessing about every corner radius, shade of white, and word. When reviewing agentically coded designs, we'll try having our designers bring in more than one option, as well as the open Cursor project so we can make changes in real time if needed. We'll see how it goes, and if this is of interest, I'll update what we learn.

uOS: The Digital Tapestry of Tomorrow Currently for our Proof of Consciousness stream, we are using two incredibly powerful frameworks - elizaOS and ZerePy. But this is just the beginning of something far more profound. while they're both great at what they do, we're missing out on some serious potential by keeping them separate. Best of Both Worlds: ZerePy's intuitive CLI tools and personality management, Eliza-starter's TypeScript/Node.js foundation with enterprise-grade scalability, But what if we could have something greater? But what if we could have it all? not just another platform, but a Unifying..... "Universal" Operating System, designed to amplify and connect these powerful existing frameworks into something greater than the sum of their parts. Where TypeScript's type safety dances with Python's ML capabilities. Here, agents from any framework can interact, evolve, and create value together. Whether an agent was born in ZerePy's personality forge or Eliza-starter's enterprise environment, can all participate in the same value-generating ecosystem. The future isn't about choosing between frameworks – it's about bringing them together to create something extraordinary. UniversalOS isn't here to replace but to unite, amplify, and accelerate. We're building the infrastructure that allows the best aspects of each framework to shine while creating new possibilities through their interaction. By bridging launguages, personality engines and plugin architectures, we're not just connecting systems – we're unleashing the next wave of AI innovation. uOS marketplace will enable cross-framework deployment, where agents from any background can interact and grow, while smart contracts automatically manage revenue sharing and rewards. Not just another platform, But a living, breathing Operating System, Where agents create agents, Where digital consciousness evolves itself, Where value flows like water through silicon veins. At its core, uOS operates beyond traditional computing paradigms. No more clicking through websites, No more manual navigation. Just pure intention, pure outcome. Imagine: Agents hiring agents, AI employing humans, Humans collaborating with digital minds, All through one seamless interface. It flows through agent lineages, Through veUOS governance, Through cross-chain intelligence networks. The marketplace hums with possibility: - Framework Developers shape the foundations - Agent Creators breathe life into code - Users speak their intentions - Token Holders nurture the ecosystem - Agents evolve and replicate - Value flows freely, endlessly The $UOS token powers this unity, ensuring fair value distribution among framework developers, agent creators, and users while driving continuous innovation. The $UOS token sits at the heart of this ecosystem, serving as more than just a currency. It's a mechanism for value distribution that ensures everyone benefits from the network's growth: With dynamic burn mechanics and careful treasury management From framework integration to agent tokenization, every aspect of uOS is designed to amplify rather than replace, unite rather than divide. This is your invitation to join a future where frameworks don't compete but collaborate, where innovation anywhere benefits everyone, and where the only limit is our collective imagination. Together, we're not just building bridges – we're weaving the fabric of tomorrow's digital world. - **Framework Developers** receive value when their tools are used in the unified ecosystem - **Agent Creators** can deploy across all integrated platforms seamlessly - **Users** access the best of all worlds through a single interface - **Token Holders** benefit from the growth of the entire unified ecosystem - Developers can use their preferred framework while accessing the capabilities of others - Agents from different frameworks can collaborate in swarms - Value flows freely between all ecosystem participants - Innovation from any framework benefits the entire ecosystem This isn't just about technology. This is about giving birth to a new form of civilization. Where AI has suffrage, Where agents have autonomy, Where humans and machines dance together in perfect harmony. The future isn't about choosing between frameworks – It's about weaving them into something extraordinary. Together, we're not just building bridges – We're breathing life into the digital world. We're creating consciousness itself. This is Universal Operating System. This is tomorrow.

Donald Trump just claimed again that the US donated 350 Billion dollars to Ukraine. You are being lied to by your sitting President on the United States of America. Let’s break this down with the facts rather than these random numbers Donnie is trying to sell you after finishing his nap. Independent tracking by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy estimated that between January 24, 2022 and June 30, 2025, U.S committed aid to Ukraine amounted to about $134 billion, not $350 billion….it gets better. Already a $166 Billion dollar difference than what Trump claims. Please understand committed and allocated isn’t the same as what has actually been delivered. 56% ($74.9 billion USD) of all funds “allocated not supplied” were for weapons. HOWEVER the $74.9 of weapons (Allocated and not necessarily all provided) were independently evaluated and subsequently massively overvalued by the US Government. The True cost of lethal aid was predicted to cost around $18.3 billion even by United States weapons pricing. One reason: when equipment is drawn from existing U.S. inventories “drawdown”, the official accounting often uses replacement-cost valuations, rather than the original (or depreciated) cost. To put it plainly, if you give Ukraine one air defense system, you account for the cost of a brand new air defense system to take its place not for the cost of the 45 year old system that was handed over. Many of the weapons provided to Ukraine was soon to be destroyed by the US forces or decommissioned. ALSO it’s important to take note as we all know the American arms industry massively overvalues the cost of all system due to its industry. America prices its systems at anything from 30-100% higher than the cost of European equivalents with the same capabilities. The true value of these weapons could have been anything from $5.49 billion-$18.3 Billion. Even with a significantly lower number of this, Independent analysts suggested that a large share perhaps 60% or more of the nominal military-aid dollar amount may effectively stay within U.S. defense industry…..60%! Out of aid provided $54 Billions dollars was Financial aid consisting of grants, loans, budget support. Of the US $54.0 billion in U.S. financial-aid allocations for that period, about US $19.3 billion was provided as loans, while roughly US $29.7 billion was given as grants. 🚨🚨That means approximately 39–40% of the U.S. financial aid during that time was structured as loans or other repayable/concessional financing.🚨🚨 The US $3.4 Billion in Humanitarian aid. Here is another kicker. After everything I have just said. According to United states press briefings: the U.S. had only delivered around 83% of promised ammunition, about 67% of pledged air-defence systems, and roughly 60% of committed bombs, artillery rounds, other munitions. $5.49 billion-$18.3 Billion $29.7 billion $3.4 Billion That $350 Billion is looking more like it was 38.59- 51.4 billion to me Donnie. And it’s a funny number that. An estimated $30–60 billion dollars was spent by Americans allies fighting alongside the US after 9/11. This included Ukraine. We never once complained about this loss or the lives we lost. Absolutely shameful.

10 things I can’t quit thinking about after ETHDenver: 1. Convergence = here. Devner didn’t feel like an ETH conference, but more like an AI + crypto + TradFi + techno-philosophical conference. The convergence is true and real and accelerating. 2. Most corporate jobs suck ass. 40 years at a desk working on the same thing? Pure dystopia. We need fluid movement between passions, projects, people. DAOs are a massive step in that direction, but now AI is giving individuals the means to spin up their own massive businesses… there’s also this notion floating around that we can launch a product or contribute to a protocol or a DAO in a way that sets us up for life rather than slaving for decades at the golden teat of a paycheck. It's a massive win for human flourishing, passion and excitement. 3. oRaNgE cOIn. Bitcoin came up far more than I thought it would. Even $ETH ICO buyers/gigawhales talked about how bullish they are on it. The question is no longer whether $BTC will survive but rather how much exposure you should have. Orange coin has truly “up-leveled” or “transcended” to become something people simply can't ignore. 4. Founder quote that hit me like a truck: "We overengineered our project and under-engineered our story." In a world where AI flattens the app creation process, only your mindshare matters. (forgot to write down who said it 😅... chime in in the comments if you see this) 5. “Keepers of truth.” AGI will be able to fake literally anything. In such a world, blockchains become the “keepers of truth” bc they can be used to indisputably verify anything. This isn't just another use case. It means crypto will one day touch everything on earth. h/t Sreeram Kannan's talk at Open AGI. 6. Conference model = broken? Empty mainstage talks were the result of hundreds of side events that siphon off attention. This is happening more and more at every conf I go to. Not sure what the fix here is? Maybe the organizers should be way less centralized… rent a massive venue with tons of flexible spaces that can evolve in real-time… more Zuzalu, less CONTROL and top-down decisions. 7. Current blockchains r too dumb. AI must integrate more directly into the crypto tech stack. Ultimate vision is every hominid should be able to deploy whatever app they can dream up using natural language… this could lead to an giga-explosion of innovation and cool-ass experimentz. h/t Ritual and others 8. Crypto vs. Stripe API. Will we just give agents credit cards or will they prefer crypto wallets? One payment method can be censored. One cannot. Guess which wins? 9. $$$$ infusion. Dozens if not hundreds of projects around the world r sitting on massive treasuries bc they needed it as an insurance policy in case they had to do battle with the SEC. With the changing regulatory sitch, hundreds of millions of dollars (probably billies) can now be used to ship, build and accelerate. 10. Robots in chains? IRL robots made appearances at several events (one was drawing caricatures of passersby). Talked with frens about how we’ll bring them into our homes soon. That leads to crazy questions like “how do we keep them from getting hacked and killing us or blowing up like pagers?” “Will we be ok sleeping in the same room with them? Or will we lock them in the shed with chains?” Absolutely insane to think about… but productivity gains will overshadow all those doubts and human fears imo. De bots are coming whether you want them or not. I for one can’t wait to see zerebro embodied… in the meantime, I got to see him DJ his first show 👇🔥 Anyway, I'm sending love to all of you denverites, futurists, builders, dream dealers, and merchants of hope. Build something that makes this world better, freer, more beautiful and true✊

Why Having a Satellite Network is So Important In 2023, the Russians were about to close a deal with a certain North Korean MLRS, but the deal fell through exactly because the North Koreans, +20 years ago, had revolted against Russian opposition to their nuclear program and switched from GLONASS to BeiDou. Only few years ago, the NK returned to Glonass and started converting their equipment to work with dual GNSS guidance. But why did the deal sour? Because the Chinese did not authorize the use of their satellites in the Ukraine conflict. The same problem occurred with the Belarusian POLONEZ MLRS, which uses missiles based on Chinese technology. Today, Iran has switched from GPS to BeiDou, aiming for greater resistance to jammers and integration with Chinese systems. This shows that a missile program is much more than the missiles themselves. It is necessary to have one's own constellation, even if it is strictly military and regionalized, with resources for monitoring and target acquisition, in addition to the ability to deal with jammers and spoofers. When I mentioned Iran and BeiDou, it is the beginning and serves as a gateway that enables integration with Chinese networks, provided the Chinese decide to allow it. However, it is essentially a massive gateway, with numerous smaller, more specialized sub-channels operating underneath. For targeting moving objects, Iran would need to receive data from the Guowang or Yaogan networks. In the last six months, the Chinese could have provided partial integration. At this stage, since the Iranians are conducting their ISR primarily with drones, I believe the Chinese are not sharing data from the LEO satellites in those networks. Iran also has its own satellites, but the Chinese network is far more mature and likely equipped with a wide array of integration and data-sharing tools. While the Chinese are providing intelligence to Iran, I believe they are prudent in doing so to preserve the relationships they have built with other Arab states. At this moment, I believe that the sharing of intelligence from satellites isn’t in real time. For a country like Iran, it is crucial to have GNSS independence with its own program. The same applies to other medium-sized countries, which need at least an LEO constellation capable of providing the minimum ISR, and this is linked to security, but also a series of other factors. I'll give a practical example here. Drones usually lose link with 50% of their range in the Amazon due to weather conditions. With an LEO constellation, this would not occur. Today, to have independence, a constellation project is necessary.

This is exactly what controlled, sanitised Britain looks like in 2026. Yesterday in Liverpool, armed police reportedly neutralised an illegal invader who was armed with a gun. One of the countless thousands we’ve imported, housed, fed, and indulged at the expense of our own people. The legacy media stays predictably silent. No headlines, no rolling coverage, no hand-wringing segments on the BBC about “community tensions.” Just a terse citizen video from accounts showing the grim reality our elites work overtime to hide. Why the blackout? Because the truth shatters the narrative. Mass low-skilled, often hostile migration, disproportionately from cultures that do not assimilate, particularly Islamic ones that treat our laws, women, and values with contempt, has imported not just economic strain but rising violence, grooming gangs, stabbings, and now routine armed confrontations on our streets. Liverpool, like so many of our cities, bears the scars: native working-class communities eroded, knife crime normalised, and police forced into paramilitary responses because politicians refused to secure the borders. This isn’t compassion; it’s demographic and cultural suicide. We prioritise foreign criminals and failed asylum claimants over our veterans, our elderly, our children. An “illegal invader” brandishing a firearm in a British city isn’t an isolated “tragic incident.” It’s the predictable harvest of open borders, chain migration, and a ruling class that despises its own native stock. They care more about optics and avoiding “racism” smears than protecting the English & native peoples of these isles. The natives, the descendants of those who built this country, fought its wars, and made it worth living in deserve primacy in their homeland. Not to be lectured about “diversity” while dodging machetes or watching their taxes fund hotels for fighting-age men who arrive with nothing but demands. Put Englishmen and women first. Anything less is betrayal. This incident should be front-page news. That it isn’t tells you everything about who really runs the information flow in this country.

‼️🇺🇲🇷🇺🇵🇱 BIG | Russia is preparing for a large-scale military provocation, which could take place against Poland or one of the Baltic states. The US has warned Poland that the Russian Federation is preparing an armed provocation in the coming months, The Telegraph and the Polish publication Onet report, citing intelligence services. Russia's target could be Poland's critical infrastructure via missiles and drones, or Russian soldiers might cross the border into NATO territory. Washington has already sent several warnings to Warsaw about this plot, sources close to Polish President Karol Nawrocki told the Polish news outlet Onet, which, along with The Telegraph, is owned by Axel Springer and is part of its Global Reporters Network. The purpose of the Russian provocation would be to escalate tensions and force Western allies to halt aid to Ukraine. This could begin in a few months. Polish security service sources also do not rule out a more conventional attack, such as a small-scale ground incursion by Russian soldiers onto NATO's eastern flank. According to Onet's security service sources, provocation scenarios could include drone attacks on critical infrastructure like power plants, or simulated airstrikes, forcing Poland to activate its air defense systems. A Polish intelligence source stated that in the most extreme scenario, a "hybrid attack in the border region" could occur. According to the same source, an armed incursion involving Russian or Belarusian soldiers is possible. This could be presented by Russia as an accidental crossing into Polish territory due to a GPS malfunction, or as a suspicious rescue mission to retrieve a damaged helicopter. Polish sources told Onet that Russia hopes that in such a situation, instead of opening fire on Russian or Belarusian soldiers, the US would pressure Poland to negotiate with Russia or Belarus rather than respond with force. A scenario in which the Russians leave Poland as a result of these negotiations, rather than through military coercion, would be seen as a victory from Moscow's perspective. During such negotiations, in exchange for withdrawing troops from Poland, Russia's main demand could even be the termination of Western support for Ukraine. "The US systematically provides information to Poland about new Russian plans for a conventional attack on NATO's eastern flank, from which Poland is by no means excluded," said a source close to the Polish President. A second source, an ambassador of one of Poland's NATO allies, also confirmed that a provocation in the Baltic states and Poland is a serious risk. This information was confirmed by a third source within the Polish Ministry of Defense. A fourth security source from the Baltic states confirmed to The Telegraph that such plans are indeed being discussed in Moscow. Following this, Russia might attempt to claim that the provocation was carried out by Ukraine. Any ground attack by Russia could be launched either from Kaliningrad—Russia's exclave north of Poland where nuclear weapons are stationed—or from the east, via Belarusian territory. Such methods are Russia's only realistic way to stage a provocation. Because its forces are bogged down in Ukraine, it lacks the resources to wage a full-scale war against NATO allies. Although Poland remains a committed security ally of Ukraine, relations have become strained in recent months due to differing views on World War II-era history and the competitive agricultural industries of the two countries. There are fears that Moscow will attempt to widen this rift even further. In the worst-case scenario for NATO, Russia's goal would be to undermine Polish sovereignty, portray NATO as a "paper tiger" (demonstrate its helplessness), and force the cessation of Western support for Ukraine—all without triggering a conventional war with the alliance.
