Icelandic claims to be naturally filtered through volcanic rock, but around half of the microplastics were polyamide, the same material used in commercial water filtration membranes. Hallstein glass bottles had the second most at 136 particles per liter. Yet they claim they are microplastic-free in their marketing. Aqua Carpatica in glass tested at 73 particles per liter. Mountain Valley Glass had 18 microplastic particles per liter which was lower than most others we tested We are still waiting on the Evian glass bottle result but their plastic bottle showed just 6 particles per liter of microplastics. Don’t worry about what’s in the vials will you! “In addition the preparations comply with the test if number of particles in the tested dose does not contain 6,000 per container equal to or greater than 10 microns and does not exceed 600 per container equal or greater the 25 microns……..so requirements in the default standards for Australia don’t require that there’s identification of the particles.” ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• In estimates I asked why there were so many large particles in the Covid batches. A standard dose was 30 microns yet in one batch there were 67 particles greater than 10 microns which is at least a third the size of the standard dose. It turns out that pharmaceutical companies don’t have to identify what these particles are! I find this quite shocking. The rules allow for up to 600 unidentified contaminants as large as 25 microns or practically the entire dose. This is shocking quality assurance standards. With so such much crap in the vials how can the TGA tell what is causing a person's reaction to a vaccine? Glass and steel are very good cutting compounds are they not? How many arteries have been cut by these contaminants? Imagine that in your body organs - especially your heart! People shouldn’t be forced to take products with so many unknown contaminants. We are not guinea pigs. #auspol

Those with plastic jars or pitchers release microplastics, and even nanoplastics, into blended food or drinks due to friction and mechanical abrasion during blending. A single 30-second blending cycle can release up to 1 billion (yes, with a "b") micro- and nanoplastic particles. BPA-free products are safer but can still release particles due to heavy use, heat, or abrasion. My advice is to switch to a completely stainless-steel blender. Lab testing of bottled waters available at 7-Eleven shows a large amount of contaminants - Core Hydration contains 3 contaminants including forever chemicals and bromate, which is 27 times over the guideline - Waikia contains 8 contaminants including chromium, which is 100 times over the guideline - 7-Eleven purified water contains 1 contaminant, trihalomethanes, and it's 8 times over the guideline - 7-Eleven alkaline: This is probably the cleanest water they have, but it's also still tap water and it has one contaminant, and that's gross beta. Microplastics are now thought to accumulate in the brain at 10 to 20 times the rate as other organs and, worse still, are 10-times higher in the brains of people who died from dementia. While the consequences of the pervasive presence of microplastics are still being understood, the microplastics themselves are carriers of harmful chemicals like BPA, phthalates, and PFAS. These harms are less ambiguous. Acting as a xenoestrogen, BPA, for example, has strong evidence that it affects multiple dimensions of child development ranging from the neurological to sexual and behavioral. Pregnant women with high BPA levels are six times more likely to have a child diagnosed with autism by age 11 compared to those with lower levels. Multiple lines of converging evidence demonstrate both reproducibility and even mechanism: BPA suppresses the aromatase enzyme, leading to anatomical, neurological, and behavioral changes in male mice that mirror aspects of autism spectrum disorder. In a study of 40 healthy young men, all were found to have microplastics present to some degree in their semen. Men with elevated BPA levels have lower sperm quality, reduced testosterone, and abnormal sperm morphology. The cardiovascular system is not spared. Microplastics have been found embedded in arterial plaques, and their presence correlates with a 4.5-fold increase in the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Cancer risk is another alarming aspect. Childhood exposure to phthalates is associated with a 20% increase in overall cancer risk and nearly a threefold increase in specific cancers like osteosarcoma and lymphoma.
