Illegal immigrants have the same constitutional rights as citizens in criminal court. But immigration court is an administrative hearing, one the Supreme Court ruled wasn't even necessary under expedited removal proceedings. Trump is winning on immigration. Great joining CNN!

@frankscipione @CNN I do not believe that illegal aliens ( being illegal, they are not immigrants) have constitutional rights. We grant them certain privileges for humane treatment at our discretion. Due process before deportation should be to confirm their illegal status only.
