The high court had interacted with these two girls and had found that they were living of their own accord. [WATCH] City of Tshwane to Demolish Over 10 Illegal Mabopane Houses Built on Wetland by Illegal Foreigners The City of Tshwane mayor Dr Nasiphi Moya has confirmed plans to demolish more than ten illegally built houses on land in Mabopane that has been hijacked and occupied by foreign nationals. The land, owned by the municipality, was never approved for residential use due to its location on a wetland. According to Dr. Nasiphi Moya, many of those found living on the site are foreign nationals, with some lacking legal documentation to reside in South Africa. The city has identified the structures as part of ongoing land hijacking cases in Tshwane’s northern areas. Moya said the municipality has already issued contravention notices to the occupants of the houses. The City emphasized that the land was not zoned for housing and its use posed both environmental and safety risks. The City of Tshwane will proceed with demolishing all the illegal structures on the site. Satish Shah went to the court and the High Court of Telangana suspended the survey. In the intervening night of 29th-30th October, 7-8 JCBs came without number plates and all walls were demolished. Satish Shah came to know these were Raghava Construction’s JCBs and lodged a complaint to the police. He went to the court and obtained an ad-interim order. There were FIVE physical attacks on the workers by 60 goons. Power was cut. They threaten to kill and burry everyone in the same land. High court gave police protection! Four months since it’s been pending. On Ugadi again, the staff were attacked and the wall of the goshaala that was repaired was demolished again. According to Satish, the police are mute & helpless.
