Kindergarten to 2nd grade... how you getting expelled at that age anyway? all i remember was playing kickball, coloring, spelling and trying to write cursive... i wasnt even "bad" yet. if you need to get expelled before 2nd grade, they might as well send you straight to Juvie.

Kids need to be taught to behave and respect authority. It starts in the home. The good kids will fall behind if there are continued disruptions from those that don't know how to behave. I support the kids that want to learn.

This is just another pro-criminal policy, as far as I'm concerned. JB has done everything in his power to punish people who do the right things and follow the rules. He's pro-criminal starting with young children.

It hurts the kids who try to be good students.

It means when a student is not present they don't get credit for that child in a seat which affects the money they receive from the taxpayers to operate. They get paid by the head that are present.

I know teachers that have been seriously injured by children at these grade levels. I’ve been injured. They absolutely do not belong in a classroom where they can hurt or traumatize other students and I’d refuse to let them back in my classroom.

So basically homeschool your kids! Even if it’s a struggle, attempt to figure it out. We shouldn’t have to live like this and with disruptions in the classroom. I am Hispanic and I refuse to send my kids into those prisons. My kids are so happy, they finish within 2 hrs.

“Emotional and mental health” are not the jobs of teachers to handle. Parents need to spend more time on their children, instead of expecting strangers to raise them. Teachers are there to teach academia.

How about the parents raise their kids to behave it’s not complicated. Unless you’re violent you get countless chances to get out trouble in school. You literally have to try to make it happen and work hard at it.
