I'm adding support for .ResonitePackage format! This will let you export and import any objects from/to Resonite through external files, similar to .UnityPackages! This is something a good number of users asked for. Here's showcase of the import process! #Resonite #gamedev

@ResoniteApp Can't wait to offer my avatars as a Resonite package in the future! Can there be a way to add avatar protection on import?

@ResoniteApp Yes! You just set it up with the protection and when it's imported, it will automatically move that protection to the user who imported the package!

@ResoniteApp Oooh this is really awesome to see! I imagine it'll help with that friction most newer users have when they don't want to have to import models in from scratch, just a matter of needing avatar makers to adopt the new format and pre-setting up their avatars for people to buy.

@ResoniteApp Yes! That's one of the goals. If there are pre-setup packages for avatars and other things, they just drag and drop them and they'll be fully setup from the get go. It provides creators another method of distributing their items if they choose to.

@ResoniteApp Ooo!! I love that feature actually. One pain point I've had with resonite for a while now is that it's not super easy to share stuff, sharing resrec links in the discord isn't the best for discoverability. This allows sharing things on gumroad and the like!

@ResoniteApp can we add support for importing/exporting this format from other platforms to allow interop?

@ResoniteApp It's not designed for that. We have issues for SDK for other platforms, like Unity SDK which we can implement.

@ResoniteApp Not at all interested in playing Resonite, but it is super neat seeing all these things y'all are working on, very cool indeed!

@ResoniteApp Oh that is *huge* and I'm loving it. Offline packaged/archived project/avatar/gadget saves like that are massively welcomed.

@ResoniteApp BIG
