I'm always thinking about the horrified faces on Buffy's friends faces when she finally tells them what she's going through. It's such a perfect representation of what it's like to open up about mental health struggles to your loved ones.

That exact moment where you can see exactly what she's done hit Willow HARD, gets me every time. I fully understand why people including SMG herself don't enjoy this season. But for me personally it's so relatable and truly displays the human condition in all its dark complexity.

Season 6 is my favorite season but it's super understandable why SMG doesn't like it, it must've been so hard to act in

season 6 my beloved mess

Season 6 truly means the world to me

When I told my family I wanted to give up on life my mum was like Giles, my uncle was like Anya and my grandad was like Willow. My mum turned it on herself like “I failed as parent” and my grandad was upset with my mum. My sister stood up like Dawn and was the most supportive

Season 6 to me is the most realistic season about growing up.

@QueerNerdyLefty Buffy’s friends never even considered that Buffy may somewhere other than hell or even tried to find out before they brought her back. They were selfish. Compare it to Cordelia’s disappearance in Angel. Her friends tried to find out what had happened to her BEFORE they acted.

you already know how i feel about willow but i agree with your takes on these type of struggles bc i felt the exact same way when i watched & experienced s6 for the first time.

so glad casual buffy posting has found me...

It’s a real shame I can’t watch this episode as there’s some great revelations, but I can’t stand musicals!
