DOKYEOM😭❤️‍🩹 He actually wanted to rest in August before his enlistment, but he has lots of work… #도겸 🐰How have I been doing these days? I’ve been doing this and that, the things I have to do, well. Also, recently, the date for when I’m going to the military came out. Since that came out, actually, before I go, I’ve been preparing things I have to do. I’ve also been recording, preparing things I have to do, filming, and doing things like that 🐰I’ve also been spending time with my family, going to see concerts trying to live diligently, spending some personal time of my own, and that’s how I’ve been doing 🐰Actually, I’m going to the military on September 8, you know. So, actually, I said I wanted to rest a little for the whole month of August. I told the company that I didn’t want to work. I said I want to not work and get some rest in August. That’s what I said at the time. But there’s more to do than I expected. I’m also working a lot more than I expected, and things are kind of turning out that way. 🐰So I’m doing more than I expected, preparing some things that I can go and show fans . I’ve just been feeling really grateful lately. Life is not where I want it to be yet. I’m still trying to figure things out. I’m still working, still trying, still hoping things get better. But when I stop and really think about everything I’ve been through, I’m proud of myself. There were so many times I didn’t know how I was going to get through something, but somehow, I did. I’m still here. I’m still dreaming. I’m still building my life. And honestly, that means a lot to me. I’m so grateful for every person who has supported me, checked on me, helped me, donated, shared my story, or simply reminded me that I’m not alone. I never expected some of the love I’ve received, and I’ll always be grateful for it. I don’t have everything figured out. I don’t have everything I want yet. But I believe things will get better. I believe in myself. And I know that one day, I’m going to look back at this version of me and say, “Girl, we really went through it.” 😂 Then I’ll look at my life and say, “But look at you now.” I’m proud of me. I’m grateful to still be here. And I truly believe I’ve got this. 🤍

I’m Homeless. Yes, You Read That Right. And Here’s Why. ⚖️👀🇺🇸 I’ve been sitting on this for a while, but it’s time to start explaining why my life looks the way it looks right now. The truck you see me in is not mine. My truck was repossessed. I’m living in a camper in the woods. I have no personal income coming in right now, and I’m rebuilding from scratch. Now here’s the part that people don’t understand unless they’ve lived it. I built a business. I built the brand, the playbook, the systems, and the relationships. Then I got arrested. And when that happened, I trusted the people closest to me with legal authority to keep things stable. At the time, I had no reason not to trust. Since then, what I believe happened is control was shifted, entities were moved around, and decisions were made without me being informed or compensated. I’m not posting rumors. I’m not posting feelings. I’m posting what I can document. 🧾 People have asked why I’ve been pushing so hard. Why I’ve been speaking out. Why I refuse to shut up. It’s because I could see what was happening before I had the evidence in my hands. I’ve been railroaded before. When you’ve lived through that once, you recognize the signs when it’s happening again. I have had struggles in my life. I lost my father in an automobile accident when I was 8. I started having seizures when I was 13 and was diagnosed with epilepsy and NF1. In my mid-20s, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I also have chronic migraines. But through it all, I have never lost my faith. God has gotten me through it all. Whatever you are going through, He will get you through it. Your life may not be easy all of the time, but you have a God who will walk you through it.

I’ve tried to mind my business, but when Black peoples are being terrorized in my city, that’s my business. Tonight I went before the city council here in Baton Rouge to express my grievances against the government. Not everybody like when you speak the truth plainly, but I have learned that the truth stands against opinions and lies. So tell it. If what happened in the Brave Cave in Baton Rouge had happened to white women and men people would be in jail already. I have put a demand on the leaders I’ve gone out and asked people to support on this very platform. So I won’t be a hypocrite, I will challenge them the same way I did their predecessor when injustice was done to Black people. Advocacy is about consistency. It’s about moving the conversation even if it makes everyone uncomfortable. Too many of us care more about decorum than we do injustice. I have never and will never cease to speak truth to power. I’m going to always rise to speak for my people, especially when the leaders we’ve elected have been so silent. Arrest the cops, that’s what justice looks like. #WorkToDo #KeepPushing #RisingAlways

So another year has passed, and I am officially 33 now. As I celebrate another year of life, I realise that Birthdays are not just about growing older; it is also an opportunity to pause, look back and reflect, and to express gratitude for the experiences and people who have taught us to be better and wiser. Since my last birthday, the journey had been rough, my parents are going through separation, and a lot of other negative things have happened as well. But I was also inspired by some furs that I admire and decided to try something completely new to me : Dance. As someone who has a partial permanent disability, and no prior experience, my body often feels tight, sore and painful when I dance. I often doubt myself when I’m in group dance classes as I couldn’t keep up with others who are much younger and more experienced than me. But despite that, for that short while each week, the noise faded away and I felt relieved from my depression. I felt happy. I felt alive. Balancing school, work, gym, and my newfound passion has also been challenging, but as long as my body can handle it, I’ll keep showing up and do my best. I’m almost done with my degree and will likely graduate before my next birthday. I still enjoy photography, making funny content and singing too, but I don’t feel confident of my skill yet to perform on stage. Going forward, I will continue taking care of my diet and physique. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to meet the amazing people like my dance coach Khloe, and recently, guest coach Dain, who both, despite my shortcomings, have always been patient and encouraged me to do better, and for the fans and others who always supported me and encouraged me with your kind words as well, I see and hear you as well. Thank you. I hope that I will continue to be blessed with the health, time and financial capability to keep learning and improving. Maybe it’s not too late for me to chase my dreams and turn my life into something meaningful. Happy Birthday, Fang. 🎨ワンワン🪐

Some of y’all are really upset because I have WHITE children in my program. It’s been constant in my DMs etc. And I’m not apologizing for helping a child. You can debate race, privilege and politics all day. I’m dealing with actual children standing in front of me who need guidance, structure, skills and people who care about them. When they walk through my doors, they’re MY boys. They’re going to learn. They’re going to be challenged. They’re going to be corrected. And they’re going to be loved. I’ve had to grow and challenge some of my own prejudices over the years too. But one thing I know now: a child’s skin color will NEVER be my reason for refusing to pour into him.

People - even my parents and my significant other - call me crazy for putting all my eggs in one basket. But I’ve never believed in spreading myself thin just to feel safe. Just like the investing greats said… “diversification is for the know-nothing investor.” I’m all-in on Tesla bc I’ve done the work. I understand what I own, why I own it, and where it’s going. I prefer to put all my eggs in one basket and in my opinion for me, this is playing it safe.

Winning isn’t all that and neither is losing. It’s just something that happens. It’s the outcome. What really matters is the effort you put in and the journey you go through. I would say: Take a break if you’ve been stuck in something for too long. That’s actually why I stepped away for a while. I literally retired, and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Through that retirement, I realized that I’m a bit of a creative person. I have ideas, my own sense of fashion, and I can be a little stubborn about it. So I came back to share all of my art. I love choreography and moving to music. I love to dance, and I do it on my own terms, no one tells me what to do. Even now, I still take breaks. And I think that’s the best way to do it. — Alysa Liu.

It hurts to say this, but it’s the truth. I’m disappointed in the amount of issues I’ve had with my R1S. This is going to be a long post. I’m disappointed that an issue that was found AT DELIVERY (Feb 8th, 2024) is still not solved. I owe it to all of you, especially my followers, to be open and honest. No car is perfect, but at some point you have to stop with the “I’m going to be nice and keep giving you chance after chance.” I live about 90 miles away from my service center. So that is 180 miles round trip. I’ve had 8 service appointments with number 9 scheduled for this Monday! 9th appt is for the R1T front driver suspension sagging. Some of my issues were solved. But the major issue on my R1S is not resolved sadly. The issue is my passenger door. It’s badly out of alignment, makes lots of noise when driving and rattles. The door has been realigned 4x now, the hinges have been replaced and it’s still making the noise and rattling and not able to be aligned. Now, the door is worse than at delivery and is rubbing the fender when you open it. It has now pulled paint off the door. I was told, that “Other R1S are doing this and currently no fix that engineering will have to come up with some fix.” Video attached. My R1S & R1T are leased. Between my R1T and my R1S, I have driven roughly 1450 miles of my lease mileage limit in service appt trips. I think this is unacceptable for ANY Vehicle regardless of power train. The R1S has done about 1k miles of the 1450. What I would say going forward, if you are buying a Rivian product, DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY of the vehicle if there is anything wrong with it at all. Make them find you another VIN. I still support Rivian. They are dear to my heart. But enough is enough. With almost 200k worth of vehicles in my garage, this is NOT the experience anyone would expect. I have had my share of issues with my Tesla vehicles, but nothing to this scale where I have been to a service center this much so early in the ownership. I have begun background processing about the situation, and expressed our intention and what we want done. I want to make this clear as well: every time I go to service, they are super nice & friendly. I appreciate that so much but, at the end of the day, it can’t get my R1S fixed. I will still continue to support Rivian just like I do with all EVs. But this does make me question my R2 purchase when it comes time. As much as I don’t want to go back to an all Tesla household, it’s looking like that is what will happen. I strongly LOVE my R1S. It’s been one of my absolute favorites. Mine just isn’t built well at all and sours the entire experience. Maybe if the background process makes progress and they do the right thing, or replace the vehicle our perception can change. There are plenty of ppl out there without issue. So keep that in mind. I’m just not one of them unfortunately. I’ll do my best to keep this updated as things progress. I’m hoping Rivian just does the right thing.

I’ve been keeping something from you. The way I cope with hard things is by doing the work and putting the pain in a box. But the truth is—since I spoke out against insurance companies, things have been really hard. My practice is struggling. I built a surgery center so I could take better care of my patients, expecting to do my cases through insurance. But several insurance companies have refused to contract with me since I posted that video. The strain has been so heavy, I’m not sure I can keep the practice open in its current form. I’m sharing this because no insurance company should have the power to shut down a practice, especially one built to help people. All I want is to take care of my patients. All I want is to do the right thing. I’ve invested all of my time, money, and heart into this. And it’s dangerous—truly dangerous—that one or two insurance companies can make decisions that threaten the future of a practice like mine. I’m hoping that I can figure something out for the practice, but I just wanted to be honest with you guys because this is part of the reality of being a doctor. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. COVID almost knocked me out. The hack, when I wasn’t paid for three months, was another blow. And now this—being punished for telling the truth. But I won’t be knocked out. I’m committed to telling the truth about healthcare, about insurance, and working to find a better way to continue to keep my practice open and taking care of women with breast cancer so I don’t lost my practice or my home. I promise I’ll keep you updated.
