New year, new major milestone: We have completed, delivered, and mounted our first magnet for SPARC inside Tokamak Hall ✅ 🧲 . The significance of this toroidal field (TF) magnet achievement can't be overstated. In many ways, its story is the CFS story. Back when the company started in 2018, some thought creating a TF magnet with high-temperature superconductor (HTS) was a farfetched idea. But our founders' resolve to develop this key innovation unlocked our new pathway to a smaller, more economical fusion power plant. This toroidal field (TF) magnet is one of 18 that'll be threaded around the vacuum vessel to help tame and confine the superhot plasma once our SPARC tokamak is operational. The vacuum vessel, the donut-shaped container at the heart of the machine as devoid of air as outer space, offers the extreme conditions needed for fusion. The TF magnets help create a magnetic bottle, confining the fusion plasma to keep it away from the vessel walls that would cool it down. NEW PHYSICS! ANY "GENIUSES" OUT THERE WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO PROPOSE THE FIRST THEORY, TO EXPLAIN THESE NOVEL OBSERVATIONS. In many previous videos, I showed you how a permanent disc-magnet spins in the SAME direction as a 3-phase magnetic field (placed below), and rises up. What happens if we use an aluminum disc instead? By itself, an aluminum disc won't spin, because it has no internal magnetic field (which is needed to interact with the 3-phase field below). Yet if we add BOTH an aluminum disc, and also a large wire coil with AC power, then a magnetic field will be induced in that aluminum disc, and it becomes able to spin! The next question becomes: in which DIRECTION does the aluminum disc spin, with its induced magnetic field? Physics "geniuses", please watch this video to find out! Feel free to propose a new theory to explain these strange observations. We find that a large aluminum disc (100 mm diameter) spins clockwise, in the SAME sense as a rotating magnetic field below. Whereas a small aluminum disc (70 mm diameter) spins anti-clockwise, in an OPPOSITE sense to the rotating field below, Why has no one noticed this before? Mainstream physicists today just memorize old equations from textbooks, and could not discover "fleas on a dog".🤡 I suspect that these new data support a "vortex" theory of magnetism, but will let YOU decide! 😀

CT scans of the new orb from Ecuador look like a homopolar motor. Could its central sphere be magnetic? The Lorentz force is another "spin transfer" phenomenon. DC electrical currents, when they impact on fast-spinning electrons, aligned in a N/S magnetic field, will "precess" around its central vertical axis. The major problem with constructing such devices is to make "spark-free brushes". Which is why I have not studied them further! As shown in movie 4, the spin-precessional motion of a homopolar motor does not follow Newton's Third Law of action-reaction. Whether it might produce some kind of upward force remains unknown, and has never been tested? That large, central, spinning ball would have to remain in perfect, close contact with those four outer electrodes, for an upward force to be generated. These devices also require a LOT of DC power.

It’s an action-comedy set during the Cold War that has Reynolds playing a U.S. Navy pilot stranded behind enemy lines who eventually forms an alliance with a gruff ex-KGB agent (Branagh). This drops on Apple TV on September 4, 2026. I’m not a big Reynolds guy but I am a huge Branagh guy, and for that reason, I’ll consider giving this a shot. But for now? Not added to my watchlist.

The person in question is Peter Butterworth, btw, who died on this day in 1979. Anyway, enough of all that death cobblers. Wasn’t he brilliant!! Pound.

Japan Just Built a HouseBot You Control Without Speaking and It Changes Everything! Donut Robotics has officially unveiled its first bipedal humanoid, Cinnamon 1, and instead of focusing on louder voices or bigger motors, the company went in the opposite direction. Silence. Cinnamon 1 introduces what Donut Robotics calls Silent Gesture Control, a system that allows the humanoid to be guided using simple hand and finger movements rather than spoken commands. This approach feels especially well suited for real world environments where traditional voice control falls apart. Busy factory floors. Construction sites filled with constant noise. Even quiet indoor settings where voice commands feel awkward or intrusive. It also opens the door for far more accessible human robot interaction, particularly for users with impairments. While the current Cinnamon 1 hardware is built on an OEM platform, the intelligence driving it is where Donut Robotics is placing its long term bet. The team is actively developing custom Vision Language Action AI that allows the robot to interpret what it sees, understand intent, and respond with physical action. The goal is not just smarter robots, but robots that feel more natural. Even more ambitious is the company’s plan for full domestic production. Donut Robotics has stated its intention to localize both manufacturing and AI development in Japan, reinforcing the country’s reputation for precision engineering and thoughtful robotics design. If timelines hold, Cinnamon 1 units are expected to begin deployment in factories and construction environments by the end of 2026. That puts this humanoid squarely in the category of near term reality rather than distant concept. The takeaway is simple but important. As humanoid robots move out of labs and into daily work environments, the winners may not be the loudest or flashiest machines. They may be the ones that understand us without a word being spoken.

Here is an update on what I did in the lab today. We are getting an incredible amount of information about UFO physics from our crop-artist friends. Today I assembled approximately half of the required device with some accuracy. Next I will study 3-phase lift by a spinning vortex magnetic field. Interestingly they told us in June, that their big spaceship flies using a 3-phase, switched reluctance motor for that essential part of the drive! Three copper wire coils imbedded within a laminated iron stator. I am not planning to use a reluctance motor, since they are not easy to build. Yet we have to wonder whether we might need a "rotating para-magnetic field" (with soft iron), as well as a "rotating magnetic field" (made by three copper-wire coils), to get anti-gravity effects? More experiments soon! The stars can be ours. I am working as fast as I can, while most of the world sleeps, or look at their mobile phones.
