A flawless display of skill, focus, and precision. This is the kind of execution you only see from a golfer operating at the absolute highest level.

Sorry not sorry... 😂 When I worked at a golf club, I saw all sorts of golfers turn up - The tour pro - The club champ - The recreational golfer who plays twice a week - And the worst... the cooperate day golfer Here's how each golfer picks up a bag... Which one are you? 😉😜

Bryson DeChambeau and Steph Curry playing a 1v1 hoops game. Steph Curry is unfair. You should not be able to be a Hall of Fame basketball player and an elite golfer. Just too much skill. Props to Bryson for doing all this stuff. He’s not afraid to look silly against a legend. His content is truly fun and interesting and he seems to never run out of energy.

My evolution has always been about transformation. From bad golfer to good golfer. From short hitter to long hitter. From overweight golfer to fit golfer. When I turned 50, I made a decision to change my lifestyle, not just my swing. Today, at 56, I’m still in good shape, and every year after the holidays I tighten things up and get back to the basics. Fitness, mobility, and discipline matter, especially as we get older. They don’t just help you look better, they help you move better, swing better, and enjoy the game longer. If you’d like to learn my exact diet, workout, flexibility, and recovery routines, take a look at my Classic Health program. Link in the following comment.

7’ 1” Speedy Offensive Engine 😈 Honestly if you have the slightest bit of skill the 7’ 1” is so much better than a 7’ 4” imo. KD sigs, Deep Bomber, Just a faster build overall. Lots of fun 😌

Is this helping these young men become better? If it’s just for fun or a bonding exercise ok but parents paying for this just know it’s not helping your son become a better pitcher. There is also a high risk of injury. Hold these facilities liable if that happens. #shegone

100% approve of this. You can draw a straight line behind the exceptionality of Asian students to how they're not forced to learn basic concepts in languages that's not their mothertongue. When they get to English class, let them learn English.

this is fucking insane! the CEO of anthropic said what most C-suites only say behind closed doors. "50% of all entry-level Lawyers, Consultants, and Finance Professionals will be completely wiped out within the next 1–5 years." this is the head of one of the biggest AI companies alive telling ordinary people to wake up. good news is that the playbook hasn't changed. pick an industry. learn the workflows. become the "AI guy" these companies need! you don't need a degree. you sure as hell don't need to be a McKinsey consultant. you need claude, a vertical, and the hunger to learn a business better than anyone else. god speed! will be rooting for ya.

Sunny Hostin says the US will be majority multiethnic soon so everyone better start learning Spanish. No. If you refuse to learn English then you should be deported, regardless of citizenship. Medical exceptions excluded, of course.

HERMES AGENT /LEARN IS ONE OF THE MOST UNDERRATED FEATURE. SHOW IT A WORKFLOW ONCE. IT SAVES THE SKILL. REPEATS IT FOREVER WITHOUT RE-EXPLAINING. you publish a YouTube video: write the title, create the thumbnail, write the description, set tags, schedule it. do it once with Hermes watching. type /learn. Hermes distills that workflow into a reusable skill. next time you say "publish this video," the agent follows the exact same steps. no re-explaining. no missed steps. WHAT YOU CAN TEACH IT: → show it your publishing workflow → /learn → give it an article → /learn → walk it through a client onboarding process → /learn → feed it API documentation → /learn → show it how you process invoices → /learn anything you do more than twice should become a /learn skill. THREE WAYS TO USE /LEARN: from a workflow you walked through: do the task once in chat. then /learn. Hermes extracts the procedure from the conversation. from a directory: /learn ~/docs/youtube-publishing/ reads every file. creates the skill. from a URL: /learn https:// any-documentation-page. com reads the page. distills the skill. the skill saves to ~/.hermes/skills/ with a SKILL.md containing: → when to trigger → step-by-step procedure → pitfalls to avoid → verification steps available as a slash command from that moment. WHY THIS CHANGES DAILY WORK: before /learn: you explain the same process to the agent every time you start a new session. session ends. context lost. start over. after /learn: you explain once. the skill persists. every future session already knows the procedure. the agent follows it without prompting. the boring repetitive tasks you do every week become one-command skills you never think about again. comment LEARN and I'll send you the full guide on turning any workflow into a permanent Hermes skill. full Hermes architecture deep-dive in the article 👇

Quitting is not a sign of weakness. In fact, quitting requires more courage than what it takes to continue. Learn to quit & learn to quit at the right time. It's a skill. Don't postpone the decision until you fail.

Sam Altman: coding is no longer the safest skill to bet your future on. “Learn to program was so obviously the right thing over a recent period of time, and now it’s not.” “Become high agency.” “Get good at generating ideas.” “Be very resilient. Be very adaptable to a rapidly changing world.” “I think these are going to matter more than any specific skill.” “And I think these are all learnable.”

Do this with your lead wrist in the downswing to close the face & compress the golf ball! During the downswing, you want your lead wrist moving TOWARDS flexion (bowing) I will admit, it's a difficult movement to learn, but you do see this with a lot of elite ball strikers Also something to note... This is suited to a neutral/weak grip type. If you have a really strong grip, doing this will excessively close the face, so take that into consideration Work on this at the range & you'll get better at it 👊
