Is this helping these young men become better? If it’s just for fun or a bonding exercise ok but parents paying for this just know it’s not helping your son become a better pitcher. There is also a high risk of injury. Hold these facilities liable if that happens. #shegone

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @DrKMcGovernPT @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker How is this not helping them get better? You seem to call out a lot of people working and trying to help kids get better… but haven’t seen you post much about how to get a player better… i get you played in big leagues but what worked in the 80s/90s was 30/40 years ago

🏀 "The kids love it. I have kids fighting over who can get here earliest to get shots off before school." – Coach Garrison When passion meets performance, Noah Backboard makes it happen. Turn practice into obsession with shot-tracking that players can’t get enough of.

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @DrKMcGovernPT @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker Jesus. Clean it the fk up. What’s the old saying “Don’t care how hard you throw ball four”?? Unfortunately this is what MLB has done to the youth. And it’s trickling down to the colleges. Learn how to pitch and get outs first. Long toss!

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @DrKMcGovernPT @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker BTW, not only is this good work, the facility is home to several current big league arms during the off season, several big league arms during their recovery, several current collegiate players, and oh, the facility opens its doors to local college teams to work out, FREE.

I think it has a place when testing peak power output… does it help you throw strikes and hold runners?? No. But when it comes to testing power output gains…. To see if all that hard work is paid off in the weight room and throwing program. We personally don’t do it in our program but I think it has a small place in Baseball.

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @DrKMcGovernPT @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker getting some max effort pull downs/velocity days are just like maxing out in the weight room. Good part of any plan.

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @DrKMcGovernPT @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker I'm concerned that baseball is about freakish spectacle now, and not about actually playing the game of baseball. It's showcase ball all the way up. And now, at D1, they're just mercenaries on one-year contracts. It's a real shame. We've lost the plot.

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker I hear the “max effort” argument all the time. Shouldn’t any max effort body movement also include flawless movement or mechanics? Common sense would say max effort on less than perfect movement would = injury.

@RVGDag @TheKineticArm @DrKMcGovernPT @SalMarinello @AMBS_Kernan @robdibble49 @Plesac19 @rogerclemens @45PedroMartinez @itsJohnRocker So many of these facilities choose to, or can only, communicate with parents using numbers from a radar gun to sell their scam programs. Totally laughable and screwing up youth baseball.
