I have learnt to understand that golf is about minimizing your misses. On the tee, I aim up the right and I do everything to hit a draw. It gives me confidence knowing that I then have the entirety of the fairway to play with. If I hit a small draw, I end up on the right side of the fairway. If I hit a big draw, I end up on the left side of the fairway. If you aim up the middle, you double your room for error. Lesson is to learn the way you shape the ball and then make it work for you. #PXGTroops

The Hollingsworths Emma Hollingsworth Lyla Hollingsworth came down from Massachusetts today. A big part of our lesson was learning front-side compression how the front leg and hip stabilize so the body can rotate up against it into contact. Too many hitters think forward momentum is “bad,” but it’s not. Moving forward is necessary, the key is keeping the body connected as it moves. We worked on using the rear lat and back side to pull back and stay connected to the front side. This keeps the body together instead of pushing forward. Through resistance band and towel drills, they learned the feel of: •Holding strong direction through the front side, •Allowing the pelvis to pull the rear leg through, •Creating whip of the barrel against the front side and through extension.

I was going on the state highway road, suddenly an e-rickshaw coming from the front and hit left side corner, after which I turned right and it hit my left side door scratched it and went away. Now the National Insurance company is saying that we will be able to give claim only for the left front door and you will have to pay Rs 5,000 for the scratch on the door. For those that didn’t know… Coming out of high school…. Parker was one of the top players coming out of high school. A switch hitting middle infielder with pop. Following his accident, he focused on only hitting from the right side, and completely changed his style of swinging… The hands are still there… The HEART has only grown stronger Here is a video of him when he first got out of the hospital…. He went to the freaking cages to work on seeing the ball from the right side We’re not all built like him. Yes he is human….. but every step seems Super Human to me Keep growing baby! 🤟🏴‍☠️

We just released a new marketing site and I wanted to talk through some of the changes that we made and why. Design thinking is the other side of the feed, it's usually more nuanced than the flashier parts and typically doesn't hold up as well to a quick scroll. Doesn't bode well for this thread! But, this will be my attempt to talk through the changes made and why. First up, this is our new hero. At Loops.so, our goal right now is to be the only platform you need to email your users The H1 matches that intention and the subheader reinforces it. We also wanted it to be clear we ship fast and often, so we added a pill showing the latest featured changelog. Agents are part of how people build software today, so we wanted to give that the second most important placement on the page, right after signup. Finally, the logo strip should not distract too much, but it should still help people understand these are users, not just logos. So we added the date of first payment from Stripe next to each logo. Next up, more things!

I believe the mistake most golfers make is that they try to hit a straight ball. Hogan said hitting it straight was a “fluke”. If you aim up the right side and draw it or vice versa, then you make the fairway as big as possible. If you aim up the middle, you then you cut the fairway in half. This means a shot that draws too much ends up in the rough on the left and a ball that fades too much ends up in the right rough. The game is tough enough, so try to give yourself as much advantage as possible. GP #PXGTroops

Great to see justin baldoni in London. First time I’ve met him in person and if it’s true that things do not happen to you, they happen for you, then I see now that even when multiple bombs of untruths are dropped on your life it is very possible - with the right attitude - to come out the other side infinitely stronger, fitter, more loving and more alive.
