The white British population is collapsing. Native white English and Scottish are fleeing the island at the rate of over 200,000+ per year. These are most working age white people, meaning Britain is losing it's most productive citizens. They are being replaced by 3rd world unskilled foreigners. Asylum claims hit 110,000. Each of those is housed in a hotel with free food. This is costing Britain nearly $3 billion per year. Skilled worker visas have collapsed while asylum claims have exploded. Workers who are productive and pay taxes are leaving for better options elsewhere. This appears to be the current policy of the radical left wing British government. They are expanding "safe paths" for asylum seekers. That means instead of boats (which make for TV videos that upsets voters), the Labour govt is now quietly flying the "refugees" into the country. Instead of importing high skilled nurses, doctors and engineers from Europe. Now Britain is chasing those people away (with high taxes) and importing 3rd world "refugees" from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Africa. Given the Labour budget this week is anyone surprised? Why would hardworking, entrepreneurial white citizens between 20-40 years of age, stay in a country that forces them to subsidize the 3rd world "refugees" and fails to prosecute them. With the highest taxes on record increasing even more next year, why would anyone stay in Britain? The citizens are voting with their feet and leaving for other countries.

Should President Trump terminate the H-1B visa program? As an immigration attorney who advocates for an America-First approach—yes, I know how rare that is—I think Trump should do it for three reasons: 1. Displacement of American Workers The H1B program allows companies to lay off American workers and replace them with foreign workers who are often paid less, prioritizing cost savings over U.S. job security. This undermines the claim that H-1B visas are used only when qualified American workers are unavailable. For example, Microsoft—which is making record profits these days—recently laid off over 15,000 American workers, including software engineers and IT staff, while simultaneously filing over 14,000 H1B visa petitions. Reports indicate that many of these visas were for roles in the same locations and job categories as the laid-off workers, suggesting direct replacement. 2. Wage Suppression and Exploitation The H1B visa program enables companies to hire foreign workers at lower wages, suppressing salaries for American workers and exploiting H-1B workers who are tied to their employer-sponsored visas. This creates a race-to-the-bottom effect on wages in tech and other industries. H-1B workers also face exploitation because they risk deportation if terminated, with only a 60-day grace period to find a new sponsor. 3. Abuse by Outsourcing Firms Outsourcing firms, particularly Indian IT companies, exploit the H1B program by securing a disproportionate share of visas to supply low-cost labor, often for non-specialized roles. These firms engage in practices like filing visas for nonexistent jobs or “benching” workers, undermining the program’s purpose of addressing genuine skill shortages. I'm Joseph Bovino, U.S. immigration and business attorney based in Miami and serving clients worldwide. Let me know if you agree that it's time to terminate, phase out, or replace the H1B visa program. This is Shahid Butt. He is a convicted terrorist who plotted to bomb the British consulate in Yemen and an Anglican Church. He is standing for election in Birmingham, in a seat that is 91% ethnic minority and 70% Muslim. He will likely win. A jihadi fighter who joined terror cells to fight in Afghanistan and Bosnia is going to be influencing the laws, culture, and heritage of Britain. A violent extremist who plotted the destruction of British lives is going to be entrusted with the lives of British constituents. An Islamic terrorist stands a high chance of being elected to public office in Britain. Shahid demonstrated his hatred for our nation when he tried to bomb our government buildings and slaughter our people. How on earth is he now allowed to walk the same corridors of power he once tried to destroy? It isn’t a case of “if” he wins. Because, he will. If Shahid Butt is not removed from the running, he will win, because he is standing in an area where “British values” are already being challenged and taken as an enemy to Islamic culture. Butt’s campaign is driven by the ethos of settler colonialism. To eliminate, displace, or assimilate the original inhabitants of an area, to establish the settlers as the new demographic majority, and to achieve ethnic and cultural homogeneity. And it is why he will win. Plain and simple. Whether by da’wah or by jihad, it is the mission of radical Islam to achieve total ideological supremacy. The aim is not to coexist with alternate religions and cultures, but rather to achieve a singular Islamic society, free from kuffars and infidels, by any means necessary. Take it from Shahid himself, who speaks to this day of the Islamic duty to fight non-believers, to go to battle for Islam, and to be martyrs for the cause. It is a war. A violent, bloody, brutal war which will only be won when every corner of the globe is claimed by Islam. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED? He should have been stripped of his residency rights and immediately deported. Instead, he is still on British soil and running for public office in the same country he tried to destroy. British taxpayers are going to be paying the salary of a man who plotted our destruction. And we are letting it happen. Let that sink in.

📈 A key aspect of the GNU’s collective mandate was outlined by President Ramaphosa at the opening of Parliament in July: “Overhaul the visa regime to attract skills and investment and grow the tourism sector.” Just three months later, #TeamHomeAffairs delivers through the single most pro-jobs regulatory reform South Africa has seen in decades. The Department’s meticulous attention to detail to ensure that these reforms are fit-for-purpose and market-friendly, has resulted in two products that begin to reposition South Africa as a world-class destination for investment and tourism to create thousands of new jobs for South Africans. Importantly, the new points-based system also introduces a transparent framework to adjudicate visas in order to tackle corruption. •The Remote Work Visa enables highly paid individuals who are employed abroad and thus do not compete with local workers, to spend their valuable foreign currency right here in South Africa, pay Value-Added Tax into the South African fiscus, eat at South African restaurants, and buy South African goods and services from South African producers. •The new Points-Based System for Work Visas combats corruption and inefficiency by cutting red tape and introducing a transparent points scale to objectively determine who qualifies for a Critical Skills or General Work Visa. Additionally, for General Work Visa applications submitted outside of the Trusted Employer Scheme, a newly-introduced threshold of R650 796 in gross annual income – which amounts to double the median income in the formal sector – will better protect existing jobs at the lower end of the market while injecting skills at the top. Independent research commissioned by the Reserve Bank and the International Food Policy Research Institute shows that growing the number of high-end skills as a share of the total South African population by just 0.02%, can boost annual economic growth by up to 1.2%. The same research projects that an enhanced Visa regime can create seven new jobs for every additional skilled worker attracted into the economy. By harnessing the power of market-based regulatory reform to cut red tape and enhance transparency, Home Affairs is fighting corruption in our immigration system while delivering on the GNU’s apex priority to grow the economy and create thousands of new jobs for the people of South Africa! 🇿🇦 More here:

The Government's trade deal with India will mean that it's cheaper to hire an Indian worker than a British one. Most other countries are perfectly happy to strike trade deals without forcing us to undercut our own workforce. We should have expected India to do the same. Instead, under the terms of our Free Trade Agreement with India, Indian companies will be able to transfer their workers to this country more easily. Once they're here, those workers will be able to avoid National Insurance payments for up to three years. The same is true for employers. Instead, both employee and employer will pay into the Indian social security system instead. This National Insurance exemption will make it much cheaper to hire Indian workers, in fields like IT and engineering, than to hire domestic talent. Let's imagine a British IT firm, set to hire a computer programmer for £60,000 a year. To hire them, an employer needs to spend £60,000 a year on their salary, plus £8,250 on Employer National Insurance. That's a total of £68,250. An Indian competitor with an office in London, meanwhile, can save money by transferring Indian workers to the UK, even if they pay the same headline salary. They’d still spend £60,000 on the salary - but instead of paying National Insurance, they pay into the Indian Employee Provident Fund instead. Mandatory contributions to the fund are capped at 15,000 rupees a month, or about £120. That means that, across a year, an employer only pays £1,470 into the social security system - for a total of £61,470. So under this Government's deal, it would be at least 10 percent cheaper to hire an Indian worker over a British one for this job. This is absurd. Over three years, it would be more than £20,000 cheaper for an Indian firm to bring over an Indian worker to London than to hire locally. The reason for this absurd arrangement is that the India deal includes a Double Contribution Convention. DCCs make it easier for international companies to transfer their workforce. They're designed to stop highly-skilled workers from paying into two different social security systems. We already have Double Contribution Conventions with other countries. However, these other countries tend to be either: (1) roughly as developed as the UK - in the case of countries like Canada or Japan, or (2) very small - in the case of countries like Jamaica. India is by far the poorest country on the list, and by far the largest. The net result of this deal will be more Indian workers in fields like IT and engineering, undercutting British workers. Given the relative markets in the UK and in India, we shouldn't expect this to automatically be a like-for-like swap in terms of talent. We've seen this happen in the US already, with Indian consultancies leasing their workers to American companies, who are then able to pay an Indian worker far less than they'd need to pay an American. The result has been a massive expansion in the number of lower-cost Indian workers, at the expense of American workers. We should not be allowing other countries to dictate the terms of our migration system, in exchange for some trade benefits at the margins. If India wants to trade, then we should trade. Migration shouldn't even come into the equation.

Scammer uses student visa to enter the country. But he is not here to take class, but instead he is taking money from the vulnerable. The Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s Office successfully executed a sting operation to stop a predator from walking away with an elderly man's life savings. The victim, a 71-year-old man, had already been defrauded of over $70,000. The scammers, preying on his emotions, sent a "courier" to his doorstep to collect an additional $100,000 in cash. Meet Mahendra Darbar. While he claims he was just a delivery guy, the facts tell a different story. Darbar is in the United States on a student visa, but instead of attending classes and contributing to society, he spent his time flying from Pennsylvania to Texas and driving into New Mexico to exploit a vulnerable senior. As seen in the bodycam, Darbar tried to play the "innocent worker" card, claiming he was only being paid $1,000 for a "pickup." But his phone wouldn't stop ringing—the "boss" was calling every few minutes, desperate for the cash. Even when faced with the reality that he was destroying a man's life, Darbar kept with his story which was focused on his own bills and his baby, showing zero remorse for the victim. Despite the incident occurring in late 2024, the legal gears are still turning in 2026 as the feds are now involved. Darbar is currently facing Second-Degree Felony Fraud and Attempted Fraud. While he managed to make bail and is under pre-trial supervision, he hasn't been able to sneak out of the country. Between the local police and the FBI, the authorities have him on a tight leash to ensure he faces justice. Reports indicate that Darbar has not been cooperating with investigators to flip on his "boss" or the larger scam network. He’s choosing to take the fall for a syndicate that likely wouldn't blink if he disappeared. Student visas are a privilege meant for those looking to build a future, not for those looking to rob our grandparents. If convicted, Darbar faces years in prison followed by mandatory deportation. No government agency will ever send a courier to your house for cash or gold. Protect your parents, protect your neighbors, and let’s keep these "mules" off our streets. The sad part is that this is happening more and more in this day and age and many times the scammers are successful in the execution of the scam.
