While in Dokolo, BOBI WINE first proceeded to the designated rally venue to assess the turnout , only to find the place completely empty. He then moved around the town centre in an attempt to gather people who could accompany him back to the venue, but the effort yielded nothing. Residents were busy with their daily activities and showed little interest, with many not even waving at him. When he finally returned to the venue, he ended up addressing only journalists and a handful of his own security aides. Dokolo clearly rejected Bobi Wine, and the turnout was a major flop.
