A major milestone in the journey of Mumbai 3.0. MMRDA has signed a consultancy agreement with Singapore-headquartered Surbana Jurong Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. to prepare the Vision Document, Master Plan and planning framework for Mumbai 3.0, marking the formal commencement of the project's master planning exercise.
