In such ops there should be deck lines rigged and all personnel must hook on to the deck lines. Ops at sea are difficult n dangerous but when conducted with profeessional safety in mind they are achieved comfortably.

I understand close quarters, were these guys waiting to receive a line? I don’t see anything prepped. Curious that they don’t appear to have any floatation/safety PE on?
