🚨BREAKING: ICE agents admit on video that they illegally pulled over a car driving down a street in Minneapolis. In the video, multiple ICE agents are seen surrounding a civilian vehicle with several cars. Both back doors of the vehicle are open as agents stand around it. An ICE agent is heard saying: “We just want to make sure you are good, you were driving like a complete maniac, and the way that you’re acting, we have to verify if you are good, and then we will be out of here.” That statement matters… because ICE does not have general authority to conduct traffic stops. Immigration enforcement agents cannot pull someone over for alleged driving behavior. That power belongs to state and local law enforcement, not federal immigration officers. There is no claim of a specific crime. No explanation of probable cause. No warrant shown. Just ICE agents stopping a car, detaining the occupants, and admitting on camera that they initiated the stop based on how someone was “driving.” That is an unlawful stop. Under the Constitution, law enforcement cannot seize or detain someone without legal authority or probable cause. Blocking a vehicle, surrounding it with agents, opening doors, and questioning occupants is a seizure… and doing so without lawful authority is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. If ICE can pull over random cars, invent a reason, and detain people with no warrant and no authority, then the question isn’t whether this was illegal… It’s how many more unconstitutional stops they’ll get away with before someone gets hurt again.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally assaulted a 19-year-old U.S. citizen, and then kidnapped him, while admitting on camera they didn’t even know who he was, in Olathe, Kansas. In the video, an agent is sitting on the teenager’s back as his 14-year-old brother screams that he’s a U.S. citizen, in a Walmart parking lot. The agent responds: “Well, we’re going to find that out since whoever drives this [pointing to the truck] isn’t.” That sentence is the admission. Because it shows the only thing they knew, at that moment, was something about the registered owner of the truck… not the person they had pinned to the pavement. Vehicle registration tells you who owns a car. It does NOT tell you who is driving it. Before law enforcement can detain someone, they need individualized reasonable suspicion tied to that person. If they had not confirmed the driver matched the registered owner… If they had not observed a crime… If they had no warrant… Then pinning him down, handcuffing him, and loading him into a vehicle raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns. You don’t get to tackle someone first and figure out who they are later. You don’t get to use force based on “we’ll find out.” The issue isn’t just that he’s a U.S. citizen… The issue is whether agents had lawful, INDIVIDUALIZED suspicion to detain him before they used force. Because when law enforcement starts treating vehicle registration as automatic suspicion for whoever is behind the wheel… That’s collective punishment. And the Constitution does not allow that.

In the video, an agent bends over the mail and asks, “Is there a mailbox?” He then pulls out envelopes and starts reading them, calling another agent over and asking, “What’s the guy’s name?” As the other agent approaches, he warns, “They could be watching us on the Ring.” The other responds, “I know… but what’s his name?” while continuing to go through the mail. Then, he says the quiet part out loud: “Don’t worry too much about it… I want to see if his name is on this.” That matters. Because going through U.S. mail without a warrant is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1702 and 1708. There is no exception for your neighbor. There is no exception for immigration enforcement. There is no exception for “just checking a name.” Mail sitting on your doorstep is still protected mail. After flipping through the envelopes, the agent puts them back, and they all walk away. No warrant. No consent. No explanation. They knew they were being recorded. They said it out loud. And they did it anyway. This is not border enforcement. 🚨In Key West, an ICE/Border Patrol agent threatened to PULL A U.S. CITIZEN OUT OF THE CAR because he cursed at an agent… then had the audacity to tell the U.S. citizen to “learn your laws.” So, let’s learn them. In the video, Border Patrol agents pulled over a car of U.S. citizens and demanded everyone hand over their IDs. When the passenger says, “Bitch, fuck you,” an agent asks what he said and then threatens to pull him out of the vehicle if he “says one more thing like that.” The passenger correctly asks: “For what? That’s freedom of speech.” The agent responds: “That’s not how that works. Learn your laws.” Oh, we’re going to… Cursing at a government agent is not, by itself, a crime. The First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism, insults, and profanity directed at law enforcement, as long as it is not a physical threat. The government cannot punish people simply for verbally challenging or criticizing law enforcement. And it gets even worse. After the passenger calls the agent a “fucking white cracker,” the agent asks what he called him… and then tells another agent he is “thinking of calling in and arresting this guy.” For what? Because he hurt your feelings? The government does not get to arrest someone for speech they don’t like. And yes, Border Patrol has special authority near the border. That includes operating immigration checkpoints where agents can briefly stop vehicles, without individualized reasonable suspicion, for immigration questioning. But, that is different from a roving patrol stop. When not operating at a checkpoint, Border Patrol needs reasonable suspicion to pull over a vehicle for immigration questioning. And even at a checkpoint, the agents’ authority is not unlimited. A checkpoint stop does not automatically give them the right to search the vehicle, indefinitely detain people, or arrest someone because they said something an agent didn’t like. The Constitution does not say… “You have freedom of speech, unless a federal agent gets offended.” It says the government cannot punish you for exercising that right. And perhaps the most important part of this entire video is… The passenger knew his rights better than the federal agent threatening him. The agent told the U.S. citizen to learn his laws… But maybe the agent should have learned them first.

Agents walk up to his car window and ask, “Are you following us?” The man replies, “Yeah.” An agent immediately escalates and says, “What you are doing is called impeding federal law enforcement. It’s an 18 U.S.C. §111 charge. This is your first and only warning. If you continue to impede and follow us, you will be arrested.” The man then correctly responds, “Yeah, but I’m not impeding you.” Another agent jumps in and says,“You just openly admitted you were following us, so…” And again, the man correctly explains, “I am following you. I’m not impeding you. I’m observing you.” Which is a constitutionally protected right. The agent responds anyway, “It is impeding.” The man replies, “No, it’s actually not.” At that point, the agents become visibly angry that he knows the law and threaten him again, saying, “This is your one warning. If you keep doing it, we will pull you back out and arrest you.” Just to be very clear… Following and observing law enforcement, without interference, is not a crime. Threatening arrest anyway is an abuse of power. Threatening to “pull him out” of his vehicle is a threat of unlawful force. These agents are not enforcing the law, they’re misstating it, weaponizing it, and hoping intimidation will do the rest. They don’t understand the laws they claim to enforce. They just parrot a few buzzwords and statute numbers, and expect the public to fold. And when that doesn’t work, they threaten violence. Because the biggest threat to an ICE agent is someone who knows their rights.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents were caught attempting to force an arrest inside a private home… without a warrant. The video shows agents were already in someone’s front yard trying to detain a man. The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. Because under the Constitution, entering a home without a warrant is one of the clearest lines law enforcement are not allowed to cross. But, they cross it anyway. One agent grabs his foot as he’s going in… and then both agents follow him inside the home, while the homeowner is actively telling them to get out. Over and over. This is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled against in Payton v. New York… law enforcement cannot enter a home to make an arrest without a warrant. And in Lange v. California… they made it clear you don’t get to chase someone into their home, for a non-serious offense, and call it “hot pursuit.” They were told to leave private property… and didn’t. They attempted a detention without respecting that boundary. And then forced their way into a home anyway. All without a warrant.

In Tucson, Arizona, state troopers pulled over a vehicle. While they were stopped on the side of the road, the state trooper called Border Patrol because the PASSENGER appeared to be Hispanic. When Border Patrol arrived, the situation immediately escalated to agents smashed both passenger-side windows. One agent tried to hit the phone out of the driver’s hand, who was recording, as they violently ripped the backseat passenger out of the vehicle, and threw him onto the ground, while multiple agents pin him down. Then, an agent ordered the driver out of the vehicle. She responded, “I didn’t do anything.” The agent replied, “Step out or you are going to get tackled.” At that point, at least three agents already had the passenger pinned, with his hands behind his back, when another agent suddenly yelled, “Gun!” A fourth agent responded, “He has a gun?” The driver immediately yells back, “NO! He has NO gun. WE HAVE NO WEAPONS!” The agent, closest to the car, was startled by this, appearing to forget the driver was still inside… and filming. That’s when he reached into the vehicle, grabbed her phone, threw it from her hand, and attempted to pull her out of the car. There is a lot going on in this video, so let’s break this down… First… you don’t get to detain people based on how they look. The Fourth Amendment requires individualized, reasonable suspicion. Not “he looked Hispanic.” Second… a passenger, during a traffic stop, is not automatically required to identify themselves, or hand over ID. Law enforcement needs a lawful basis… like reasonable suspicion that that specific person committed a crime… to demand identification. Third… even when someone is lawfully detained, they are only required to comply with lawful orders tied to THAT detention. A passenger doesn’t lose constitutional protections just because someone else was pulled over, while driving. Fourth… the First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement, in public, while they’re doing their job. Knocking a phone away, or throwing it because someone is filming, is violating that constitutional right. And finally, any use of force… breaking windows, pulling someone out of a car, and restraining them… has to be objectively reasonable under the Fourth Amendment. That requires specific, articulable facts, not assumptions about identity. This wasn’t a checkpoint. It wasn’t a border stop. This was a traffic stop where a PASSENGER became the target because of how he looked. And if that’s enough to trigger federal agents breaking windows, and violently pulling U.S. citizens out of cars… then every single person should be demanding answers, and accountability. Because this could’ve ended with another U.S. citizen dead… And next time, that U.S. citizen could be you.

An armed federal agent pulled over a vehicle, without probable cause, misstated the law, and tried to intimidate people out of rights they legally have. That’s a constitutional violation. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause to stop and detain someone. You don’t get to pull people over just because you feel like it or because of who they are. And Maine law enforcement has already made this clear in other cases… if there’s no probable cause, you don’t get to hold someone. That’s a basic constitutional protection. Then there’s due process… Asylum seekers are in a legal process. They are not “illegal” for being here. The government itself allowed them in while their cases are pending. So, when an ICE agent tells them they don’t have the right to stay… That’s not just wrong, that’s the government lying about your rights to your face. And when the people in the car pushed back… when they actually knew the law… The agent left. Because he never had the legal authority to begin with. This is the pattern we keep seeing… People with legal status being stopped, questioned, detained, or targeted anyway. Even recent reporting out of Maine shows asylum seekers, with no criminal records, being stopped during enforcement operations, and taken. They test the line… cross it… and hope nobody notices. That’s how intimidation works. And no one is holding them accountable.
