We make no excuses, but ask you to bear in mind that while the rain persists it is difficult to carry out the repairs. We are taking careful note of the weather and will act as soon as it is wise because what we don't want is to repair the roads and for them to go back to their exact same condition in a matter of days because of the rain. As announced, KMC has started work on repairing its roads. There are a total of 106 roads in KMC’s domain & we will be rehabilitating those roads to ensure that there are no potholes & the traffic remains smooth. Video is of Sher Shah Suri Road where work has begun. Have given a time of 60 days to the KMC team to complete this task. Will keep everyone posted 🙏

If the Nigerian government, under President Tinubu, can spend even 20% of what is being spent on the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway on rehabilitating existing roads, we would not have as many bad roads as we have today. Look at the number of businesses suffering because transportation costs are so high due to bad roads.
