If you cross your own 13, 20, 45, then you can’t pass back over whatever line you crossed. Would keep the ball coming forward.

I think it's worth trialling, especially given the people involved on this committee. Dublin-Mayo yesterday was a brilliant game with current rules but if it could be even better, why not give it a go?

i like what they're doing. As a rugby guy/ referee at underage amateur always been impressed with my sport for changing to improve the spectacle/game and safety. unintended consequences will happen but can bring unexpected benefits.

All sound positive. But By far the number one rule change MUST be the reduction of Football Teams from 15 a-side to 13 a-side.

Too many changes to the game every year. They should bring in a rule which prevents rules being changed for 5 years at a time. Its getting ridiculous.

Get rid of the mark in all circumstances, dreadful. A shot clock would help, eg once inside 45 have 60-90secs to have effort on goal. Would stop 5 minutes of side to side boredom.

I'm a bit hazy on some new rules. Can somebody help? Under what rule does the referee decide, 15 minutes in, that I'm not allowed to coach on this side of the field, but the UL selector is? Is it a "Dublin Accent Rule" I'm not aware of? A bye law covering all games in Limerick, maybe? I've literally shouted "paint right" to one of my players (you can hear on 3 seconds) There's no dug outs. No painted boxes. No designated areas. No fucking linesperson. Nor were TUD asked to provide one There's a selector from each side there. The rest of the two management teams are, respectively, either side of the half way line on the far side We've clearly both been seen by the referee already. I've retrieved the ball twice, right beside the UL selector. At what point, under what rules am I not allowed to coach my players on this line, but UL are? Allowing them control 3/4 of the line (when they stay in that 3/4) and confining us to 1/4? Are there new pages in the @LadiesFootballrule book or the Ladies HEC bye laws I've missed? Prince Salman introduces new orders to end Islamic fundamentalism in Saudi Arabia. 1. Mosque loud speakers can be used only at 1/3 volume. 2. Loud speakers cannot be used for Koranic recitations. 3. Children cannot be brought to mosques. 4. Broadcast of Ramadan prayers banned on all media. 5. Mosque visitors must show ID. Tunisia also has a similar rule. This is presumably to keep tabs on jehadi types. 6. Mosques cannot collect donations from visitors. 7. Mosques cannot offer meals to worshippers.

Remember when Zohran Mamdani was running around talking about “free everything”? Free buses. Free programs. Free this. Free that. But now suddenly the conversation is about charging New Yorkers for parking that’s currently FREE. Right now there are over 3 million parking spaces across New York City. Only about 80,000 of them are metered. So what’s the new idea floating around? Expand paid parking to 25% of those spaces. Why? Because the city says it needs $1 BILLION to deal with a growing budget deficit. But here’s the part people should really think about. A parking meter might cost you $2, $3, maybe $4. Forget to pay it? That ticket could be around $65. So the real question becomes… Do they actually want you to pay the meter? Or are they counting on New Yorkers to forget… …so they can hit you with a $65 ticket? And that’s not even the end of it. They’re also floating residential parking permits, which could mean paying just to park near your own home. So let’s connect the dots. Congestion pricing. More traffic cameras. Again, I could be coping and this is just my speculation. #EscapefromTarkov BSG has posted downtime for 3 hours a bit ago. Whereas this seems like a reasonable maintenance, I think it could be 'Actual' Kolotun event. Nikita loves saying 'we love to give you surprises' and i think we are getting one soon. Speculation point #1. We have not yet unlock the New achievement. (image 1 - makes me think we might get super blizzard, etc.) Speculation point #2. There's cultist on top of the church of the poster for the kolotun event, indicating we still need to go to church & meet cultist (image 2, could be red herring tho) Speculation point #3 As i said earlier, nikita wants surprises. In order to do that, they dropped not too much entertaining event quests as of now, To maximize further incoming BIG EVENT. They've done this before. Speculation point #4 the videos nikita keeps posting could be anything, but most of visual videos he done was related to actual game or in-game event. He has been posting quite frequently. (clip 1 & 2) Hope this is BIG FUN EVENT! 🫡

What a day at Royal Birkdale ☀️ Some notes on the course… 1) First time here. It exceeded my expectations. 2) Weaving layout is very cool. Never too far from the clubhouse yet intimate and moving in all directions. 3) Some great green sites embarked by sand dunes. Thinking of 2, 10, 12 and 17. Viewing spots for fans will be really good. 4) A LOT of changes. New holes, redesigned holes, bunkers. Going to be a very different course and look for players in July. 5) Not a huge fan of the new 14th hole but understand why they felt the need to add it. 6) Really like the new par three 15th. 240 from the back but a huge green the feeds balls similar to a Redan green. 6) Never really liked the iconic clubhouse design but it’s incredible inside. Loads of amazing pieces and photos. Lastly, the service of everyone at the club is noticeable. They didn’t know I worked for Golf Digest but everyone I spoke to was overly helpful, friendly and interesting/interested. Bring on July.

Sharing this Godot quick tip for the new people trying to figure out how to mess with the game while it's running! ✨ (Thanks to Daniel Queiroz Porto and and Ian Williams for pointing this out) 1. Go to the Project Settings 2. Click "Advanced Settings" 3. In "Window" highlight "Always on Top" and create a new editor override for it by choosing "editor" from the list and clicking "Add" 4. Enable the new override you just added 5. Now when you run the scene (Ctrl+R) the window will always stay on top! 6. Press the Camera icon on top of the viewport to sync your editor camera to the game camera 7. Click on the "Remote" tab of the Scene panel. All of the changes you make to these objects will sync with your game in real time! Bonus Tip: You can make it switch to the "Remote" tab by default when you run the game if you go to Editor Settings (Ctrl+Comma) -> Network -> Debugger and click "Auto Switch to Remote Scene Tree"! #godottips

Sharing this Godot quick tip for the new people trying to figure out how to mess with the game while it's running! ✨ (Thanks to Daniel Queiroz Porto and and Ian Williams for pointing this out) 1. Go to the Project Settings 2. Click "Advanced Settings" 3. In "Window" highlight "Always on Top" and create a new editor override for it by choosing "editor" from the list and clicking "Add" 4. Enable the new override you just added 5. Now when you run the scene (Ctrl+R) the window will always stay on top! 6. Press the Camera icon on top of the viewport to sync your editor camera to the game camera 7. Click on the "Remote" tab of the Scene panel. All of the changes you make to these objects will sync with your game in real time! Bonus Tip: You can make it switch to the "Remote" tab by default when you run the game if you go to Editor Settings (Ctrl+Comma) -> Network -> Debugger and click "Auto Switch to Remote Scene Tree"! #godottips

This postgame interview with Stephanie White from yesterday was absolutely hilarious because the camera was on Caitlin Clark during the entire interview. 1. Stephanie said that the Fever lost the game yesterday due to turnovers. This comment immediately threw Caitlin under the bus, and her performance warranted that type of accountability. 2. They asked Stephanie about her star players being in foul trouble every game now. Stephanie told reporters that this was due to the new “freedom of movement” rules that were implemented prior to the 2026 season. ————————————————— The freedom of movement rules were implemented as a direct result of Caitlin Clark crying to the WNBA’s front office. During the off-season, Caitlin praised the WNBA for these new rule changes. She now has 5 fouls in every game. Caitlin pushed for these new rules thinking that they would benefit her OFFENSIVELY……and they have, which is why she is scoring at a much higher clip. What Caitlin failed to take into consideration was the fact that these same rules would DESTROY her DEFENSIVELY because she lacks the athleticism necessary to keep up with much quicker guards on the DEFENSIVE end without using her hands.

New Thor & Jeff Abilities Tweak Breakdown: 1. With Hammer Throw removed from the shared ability pool and now recovering Lightning Energy on hit, Thor can rapidly cycle through Awakening Rune → Hammer Throw → Mjolnir Bash to quickly build up energy and maintain Awakening Rune for longer durations. Additionally, Thor can now utilize Hammer Throw’s long-range energy recovery to his advantage—first repositioning with Storm Surge to high ground or flanks, then following up with Hammer Throw + Awakening Rune for strong ranged damage output. 2. As for Jeff, the initial balance update mistakenly showed a non-final version of his changes—we’ve now corrected the announcement. We’ve also improved the feel of Joyful Splash, increasing its water flow speed for smoother control. In the updated version, Joyful Splash now pierces both allies and enemies, healing teammates while damaging opponents. With this change, Jeff now charges his ultimate faster, making combos like the Sharknado with Storm or solo initiations more effective than ever! We’ve noticed the enthusiastic discussions around Thor and Jeff following the balance update for S2.5.
