The journey a unique one for Coach Tang. Ten years coaching high school at Heritage Christian, then 19 as an assistant at Baylor. He says he learned not to chase the title, credit, or glory. And that's when God began to do big things in his life. Jerome Tang

Jerome Tang got fired from Kansas State for being a lousy GM and for losing (but I think he’ll still eventually get paid). Ari Wasserman brought up an interesting point: Now that the players are getting paid, can a coach be more publicly critical?

Kansas State basketball coach, Jerome Tang, went off on his team for their lack of character, to which Tony Kornheiser and Mike Wilbon responded by making Coach Tang the bad guy for holding his team to a standard. This is a broad issue in college athletics in the NIL era. These guys can’t be treated like kids while also getting paid millions of dollars–that is not how the real world works.
