@Google @GooglePlay What...about...Google...Scholar..integration???

@Google @GooglePlay 実は日本では、Bookleverageという「書籍×生成AI」に特化したサービスで、同じようなことが出来ます📚

@Google 📚📚📚

@Google @GooglePlay You still buy the book, but now Gemini can actually work with it along with the sources you already have. Ebooks have always basically been static files, so this changes what owning one can mean.

@Google @GooglePlay I wonder if I can put my own books on there or may have to set it for free then add it.

@Google @GooglePlay Those 5-hour annoying limits are coming to one of the best learning AI tools, not a good move from a user's point of view

@Google @GooglePlay Blending expert sources with Notebook content feels like a strong upgrade for knowledge workflows

@Google @GooglePlay

@Google @GooglePlay This is such a useful idea! What if I already own a play book?

Google Play Books integration with Gemini Notebook is currently not available in Serbia, which is disappointing because this feature could be extremely useful for readers, researchers, students, and professionals here. Being able to add purchased ebooks directly to Gemini Notebook, ask questions about them, combine them with personal notes, and receive answers with exact citations would turn a private book collection into a much more useful knowledge base. I hope Google expands Play Books support for Gemini Notebook to Serbia soon. The demand for practical tools for learning, research, and professional work is certainly here.

Please fix bugs of the notebook app. There are so many of them for so long that makes the notebook app look like an unmaintained obsolete app. For example (1) it doesn’t work well with apple car play: no way to adjust volume while listening to the audio summary. (2) Latency in starting to stream the audio summary. (3) in web version the audio summary ends before the actual content end. ……

@Google @GooglePlay Thanks for the free offer, but if you are looking to build trust, it doesn't help that the free books are all books that I don't trust. You should include something other than self-help drivel.

@Google @GooglePlay what about google scholar?

@Google @GooglePlay Gemini Notetook Expert Intelligence, Now You Can Talk to the Books You Own Google’s Expert Intelligence turns purchased ebooks into cited sources inside Gemini Notebook. Here are six moves to start.

@Google @GooglePlay Just a reminder the Notebook team is better than the Gemini Team - just another great idea this one

@Google @GooglePlay AI finally making all the unread books in my library useful.

@Google @GooglePlay

@Google @GooglePlay Since the product was renamed, it hasn't been as good as before; it doesn't read documentation as accurately as it used to. Even after the module was upgraded to version 3.5, it's still not as good at understanding commands, and its contextual understanding has deteriorated.

@Google @GooglePlay chat with your ebooks is cute until the model starts spoiling the ending you were saving for later

@Google @GooglePlay any chance you let integration with @AmazonKindle

@Google @GooglePlay @Gemini_Notebook will the new omni 1.1 also be powering cinematic videos of gemini notebook?

@Google @GooglePlay @AmazonKindle The gauntlet has been thrown down.

@Google @GooglePlay Wow, what a powerful combination! If you've only been chatting with AI, try this. Also, once you add media to a Notebook, start a grounded chat in the Gemini app, referencing this notebook. Upload other files to the chat for extra context, instead of uploading to the notebook.

@Google @GooglePlay @grok what kind of books are eligible

@Google @GooglePlay Owning the ebook as the unlock is a cleaner model than scraping. The tradeoff: your notes and quizzes now live inside one store’s library, not a format you can take elsewhere.

@Google @GooglePlay Enabling this kind of direct expert dialogue within your workspace is a real game changer for how we learn and work. We actually broke down the details here:

@Google @GooglePlay thai is cool i wonder how one can facilitate engagement with physical books

@Google @GooglePlay New Human = Human + Robot + AI. Old Human = ?

@Google @GooglePlay Está caída Notebook yo 4 horas y no me funciona

@Google @GooglePlay is there a possibility that the documentations exposed via mcp servers could be used as a source in notebooks? it would be interesting and handy.

@Google @GooglePlay Already have that built. Select my ebooks in my Calibre-Web self hosted account, then select the notebook to send it to. Then query my notebook direct from my Hermes Agent as a remote research tool.

@Google @GooglePlay Desde ayer que presentan dificultades con la adaptación de ppt para clases. Aproximadamente cuando tendrán una solución a esa dificultad?
