Thank you! Yes, and will personalize the feedback based on the data we get regarding rep velocity and RoM variance. This has limitations due to form factor and sensor fidelity but will adhere to published VBT principles and our own studies so we aren’t overreaching. We support every level of training intensity from basic health through maximum recoverable volume, I’ll talk more about exactly what we tell people in coming posts.

Hey! This is cool. I was just discussing something similar with a gym partner but I have a feature request or an API request so i can add the feature. You already have bluetooth so it should be easy enough to add breathing and heartrate. Lmk if this is on the roadmap.

"Bodybuilding doesn't build functional strength!" Sorry, "functional strength" bros, but that silly cope of yours doesn't hold up in the real world. There is no functional and non-functional strength — strength is, by definition, functional, and the strength developed through dedicated bodybuilding training can be applied to any strenuous task. Physiologically, the only way to significantly increase a muscle's strength is to make it bigger. Especially when natural lifters are concerned, hypertrophy IS strength.
