Everything that you need to know about Pets in CS2 ‼️ - You get an Egg as a weekly drop from Weekly Care Package, and it takes one week or so (7 days or more) for it to hatch into a chick. - Pets require Chicken Feed to remain around and you get that through the Weekly Care Packages. And yes, your pet will leave you if it isn't fed. - Lifecycle of a Pet: Egg -> Chick -> Pullet -> Hen - As your Pet grows, it becomes progressively more integrated with the game: younger stages (Chick) are restricted, while an older pet (Pullet) can accompany you in your matches. - You will be able to name or rename your Pet and its history is preserved in a HatchBook. - The HatchBook will have history of all your pets, which are no longer with you. It's auto-generated. - There's a Photo Booth where you can take your Pet's Photo in poses, filters, hats, effects (fire/lightning/confetti) and unlockable map stages. - Certain photo poses, locations and activities are restricted until the Pet reaches the required age/maturity. - Also, there are milestones, birthdays, special interactions that you can celebrate with your Pet. - Your pet has its own achievement/progression flags like Warehouse unlocks simply when the pet reaches Pullet (level 2). Dust II, Baggage, Mirage, Inferno, Nuke, Cache, Train and Ancient each have their own visited-* achievement. - You need to finish a match on the map on official servers to get that specific achievement. - There are also survival or bravery achievements like killed-by-burn, killed-by-taser and killed-by-planted-c4. - And in the end of it's life cycle your pet, can retire due to age despite feeding it properly by playing every week. ❌ What we don't know right now is the exact growth times between Chick -> Pullet -> Hen and exact adult lifespan. Pet Mode does not disable the ability to open the doors from the inside. It disables the windows and that is it. Child lock disables the rear doors only and that feature can be enabled or disabled and used with Pet Mode.

What amazes me is that when I share things like this, people punch the air and foam at the mouths to defend this poisonous system. Down with Big Pet Food! Feed raw! You get to choose your hard: making nutrient dense foods for your pets now or spending time and money at the vet with a sick pet later. I choose RAW!
