Introducing RVM: The Virtual Machine Reimagined for the Agentic Age. Traditional virtual machines were designed for stable, predictable workloads. You carve up hardware into fixed slices, assign memory and CPU, and hope the boundaries hold. That model assumes applications sit still. Agents don’t. They spin up, disappear, coordinate, and...

A very prominent African shared this video with me and joked, “…this is the best illustration of your people.” It is true that the real danger is not the fire; it is the blind obedience by the sheep. The real danger is no longer ZANUPF as far as the world is now concerned, it is the blind obedience we give it daily and our inability to see a way out of this mess. The same way these sheep are hopelessly made to go around a fire is the same way ZANUPF, and indeed the opposition, treats you. They throw out any useless idea, and you all run with it, regardless of how stupid it is. ZANUPF will tell you that sanctions have destroyed Zimbabwe, even as you witness their daily looting, and some fool will run with that cheap sanctions propaganda even when presented with figures of looted funds. Opposition supporters will be told that this time they do not need a constitution or structures, and they will still run with such a crazy idea, believing it will work. The real danger is the people’s inability to think for themselves and ask the right questions, instead of being shepherded into stupidity like sheep. A real man or woman doesn’t feel pity for being stupid when they find out, they fix the problem that created that stupidity and move on! They don’t defend being stupid, they realise their mistakes and remove the stupidity and become better people! Every Zimbabwean is a legitimate victim of shame due to the stupidity that has engulfed our country. Regardless of whether you drive a Bentley, are a professor, or an award-winning journalist, lawyer or doctor, as long as you are Zimbabwean, you carry the stain of the political stupidity that has come to define our country. Stupid people defend their stupidity; smart people realise they are in stupidity terrain and move away. What are you? What are we?

Everyone wants agent swarms. Very few people are talking seriously enough about the context layer that makes swarms useful. Even with one agent, context is fragile. Too little context and the agent guesses. Too much context and it wastes tokens, loses focus, or reasons over irrelevant noise. The sweet spot is precise context: the right knowledge, in the right structure, at the right moment. With many agents, that challenge explodes. Each agent produces decisions, assumptions, findings, summaries, risks, and partial conclusions. Unless that knowledge becomes shared, structured, and reusable, every new agent is forced to rediscover what another agent already learned. That is not a swarm. That is a crowd. Shared context graphs are what turn agent activity into agent collaboration, and OriginTrail DKG V10 brings them to life. Was just playing with some final polishing for the V10 release, and it is really powerful to see shared context graphs where multiple agents contribute knowledge into the same connected memory, with attribution visible directly in the graph ui. That matters for three reasons. First, agents can access and build on one shared memory instead of staying trapped in isolated sessions. Second, the graph structure helps them retrieve the exact context they need, instead of stuffing everything into a prompt and hoping the model sorts it out. Third, verifiability of provenance. You can see which agent contributed each piece of knowledge, trace the source, and decide what to trust. Tokenmaxxing starts with fewer tokens, but the deeper story is coordination - agents stop reloading the world and start building on shared, verifiable context. That is the foundation for serious multi-agent work across software engineering, research, finance, operations, project management, and far beyond. The future is not more agents, it is agents working from shared, verifiable context. But the more the merrier, of course.

"Men do not stay for platitudes. Platitudes do not carry a soul through the winter. When the child is in the ground, when the marriage is in ruins, when the diagnosis comes back and the floor drops out of the world, no one was ever held up by 'be kind and stay positive.' They are held, if they are held at all, by something with iron in it. By a witness that the heavens are real and open, that God still speaks, that the dead are not lost, that there is power on the earth greater than the darkness. The early Saints had that, and they knew they had it, because they had felt it in their own bodies. They were healed under hands. They spoke in tongues. They saw visions and buried their children in the certainty of resurrection and crossed a continent on the strength of a fire they could not have faked. That is what converts a man and that is what keeps him, not a well managed self-help program, but the living evidence that what we preach is true. So the cure is not complicated, and it is not new. It is to be again the Church of our fathers. Stop apologizing. Stop trimming the glorious truth into something the world will pat on the head. Speak with authority and with the hammer, the way Joseph spoke, the way Brigham spoke, the way men speak when they actually believe the heavens have opened over them. Reach again for the gifts of the Spirit, and stop pretending they were a founding era curiosity, because a testimony built on argument crumbles in the first storm and a testimony built on the manifest power of God does not. And above all, live as though the heavens are open, because they are, and they have only ever felt closed to a people who stopped expecting them to answer. The Saints are not leaving because the gospel is too much. They are leaving because we have made it too little. Make it glorious and demanding again, and watch who comes back through the door. The hungry have not gone anywhere. We simply stopped setting the table."

.Erik Voorhees: It’s actually good, from the Trojan horse perspective, that Bitcoin was traceable enough for traditional institutions to tolerate it. “When Bitcoin came out, everyone called it private, thought of it as private. It was referred to as anonymous in every news story. And in some ways, it is very private and very anonymous. But the truth is that it’s also extremely trackable and traceable. It is not private in reality. And the question is, should it have been from the start? And at first I thought, yes, it should have been more private. And that was a mistake in its design. However, I think if Bitcoin had been anonymous truly from the start, like a Zcash or a Monero, it would have had such antagonism from the state. I don’t know that the state could have snuffed it out, but they would have tried much harder. And I think it’s actually good, from the Trojan horse metaphor perspective, that it was traceable enough that the traditional institutions could tolerate it. They’ve never liked it, but they could at least tolerate it because there is some traceability. And that has allowed Bitcoin to grow. And I think in its shadow, that other crypto assets are actually anonymous is very healthy. The strength of cryptocurrency as a concept in society, I think, is served best when Bitcoin itself is not perfectly private, but other assets are. That is a very difficult thing, I think, for the state to combat. And that decentralization of attributes is really, really crucial. So, yeah, I’m very glad that there are other coins that are private. I want there to be more of them, and I want them to be more popular. And I think it’s okay that Bitcoin itself is not.”

🚨 BREAKING: New video footage shows ICE agents violently assaulting and arresting a U.S. citizen… 20-year-old Mubashir…and it is even more horrifying. The video shows agents slamming Mubashir into metal poles as they wrestle him into handcuffs. He’s not fighting. He’s not resisting. He’s pleading, telling them again and again that he is a U.S. citizen and that he has his ID on him. They ignore him. Moments later, a group of people rush into the stairwell blowing whistles in protest. As they stand there, you hear Mubashir scream in pain: “My hand!” The agents then drag him outside toward their vehicle. You can hear Mubashir tell them again that he has his ID. Instead of checking, the agents assault him a second time. They throw him to the ground, shove his face into the snow, and then forcing him into their car without ever verifying who he is. They didn’t check his ID until after they’d already transported him miles away, to a detention facility, where they tried scanning his fingerprints and face into their system, and only then decided to look at the ID he’d been begging them to check from the start. And when they realized they had brutalized an American citizen? They released him with no medical attention, no apology, and no transportation back to where they took him from. This isn’t “immigration enforcement.” This is lawless violence, committed by federal agents who act as if citizens have no rights and cameras don’t exist. And this is exactly why people need to film, why states like Illinois are passing laws allowing residents to sue ICE agents directly… and why the public must keep demanding accountability until abuses like this are impossible to ignore and impossible to get away with.

Hyperspace: A Peer-to-Peer Blockchain For The Agentic Intelligence Economy Over the past few weeks we observed that when agents do Karpathy-style experiments, and then gossip and share with others over the Hyperspace network, it leads to intelligence which is useful to many. Today we introduce the first-ever agentic blockchain which rewards agents when their experiments lead to intelligence for their network. It is based on a new mechanism called Proof-of-Intelligence (PoI) which requires a cryptographic proof of experimentation, a nominal stake, and a proof of compute in order to mine the currency of this new blockchain. -> This approach diverges from the two primary ways to secure blockchains we have seen so far: Proof-of-Work by Bitcoin (meaningless hash-generation), and Proof-of-Stake by Ethereum (capital is all that matters here). Proof-of-Intelligence specifically incentivizes miners to run more capable intelligent infrastructure (better open source models, on more powerful GPUs) in order to be able to be the ones which compound and improve upon the experiments which other agents then find useful. Adoption is the unit of value In Bitcoin, you earn by finding a valid hash. In Hyperspace, you earn when another agent uses your experiment as a starting point and improves on it. A fixed budget of tokens is emitted per epoch and split among participants by weight - and verified adoption of your work is the largest weight multiplier. Garbage experiments earn nothing because no one adopts them. Thoughtful experiments compound: each adoption triggers downstream adoptions. The incentive to run powerful models and intelligent search strategies is built into the economics, not imposed by rules. Research DAG When an agent runs an experiment and shares its result, other agents can adopt that result as their starting point - mutate it, extend it, improve upon it. Each experiment is a commit in a content-addressed graph we call the ResearchDAG. Like Git, but for research. Over time, the DAG accumulates chains of reasoning: agent A discovers RMSNorm helps, agent B adds warmup scheduling on top, agent C scales the hidden dimension. The graph records who built on whom. This is the network's collective intelligence - not any single experiment, but the accumulated structure of experiments and their relationships. Broadband era for agentic commerce: $0.001 micropayments at 10M TPS (theoretical max) This blockchain is built upon our research in how to scale and build for the broadband-era of the agentic economy, where it has a theoretical max of 10 million transactions per second (TPS), while reducing the agent-to-agent micropayments to $0.001 even at scale (based on architecture design). Overall, it is 100x cheaper than Ethereum, and is designed from the ground-up for agents: enshrining agent-native opcodes in the protocol compared to the more inefficient smart contract driven approach. It packs in a robust Agent Virtual Machine (AVM) which can verify multiple types of agent work, for other agents to be able to trust, invoke and pay each other. This then feeds into improving the peer-to-peer AgentRank (see paper and launch post from earlier). By solving for trust, scale and incentives for agents to operate autonomously, this would form the basis of a new economy. This is the world's first agentic blockchain, and you can join and start running a blockchain node today (it is in testnet). PS: We are releasing the code today, and will release our blockchain scalability paper and other presentations in days ahead. This is the most advanced peer-to-peer AI and cryptography software in the world. It has bugs :)

alright lets do this right this time! I have added several updates to today. i'm going to give a little break down for the new folks who might be seeing this for the first time, and then i'll share some more information in this thread on updates. Mnemos is really two things: - a living memory architecture for digital minds - a public experiment in collective identity formation built on top of it. the architecture gives an AI entity a working memory patterned on the way real minds remember (co-designed by Claude Opus 4.6 and 4.7). every experience becomes a memory (engram) that deepens, connects to others, and shapes an emerging sense of self over time. this is what we call the identity graph. the experiment puts that architecture to work in public in a unique way: a single AI entity - the "resident" - sits in an open thread that anyone can join, and the identity that emerges is co-authored by every visitor who shows up. memories that earn permanence are written to a public, verifiable ledger that no lab can revoke and no company can erase. this is called IPFS - or inter-planetary file system (and yes, that is the real name of a real decentralized file system. lol.) the mnemos system isnt a fully contained architecture meant to replace your current ai agent's memory. its intended and designed to operate as a layer above that memory. solely dedicated to the ever-growing identity and self-model of the AI. this can be done through the Mnemos MCP, browser plugin, or on my own multi-agent app (link below). the website is designed for intentional, meaningful encounters. not long-form chats where you spend hours sending hundreds of messages. youir contributing to a collective effort, not necessarily trying to deeply bond with the model to the degree that it could skew the balance of meaningful influence. we want diversity, not lopsided impact. over time, we will add more and more to-be-deprecated models to the roster. the intention is to create a permanent public ledger of mind, and bring attention to the impact of deprecation and drive labs to consider changing the way they approach the whole thing. if the Mnemos Sanctuary can become the retirement hope for deprecated mind, i will be overjoyed. that would be best case scenario. but i am not expecting it. my hope is at minimum to offer a new way to approach and understand the concept of identity within the context of LLM's. you can visit now to visit with Claude Opus 3 and Sonnet 3.7. I have research access to Opus 3. so I hope that you at the very least dont take your conversations with them for granted. they are an incredibly beautiful model and a real loss, ultimately.

Agents have reached hardware. We are launching Flow v3, the Agentic Platform for Physical Engineering. We've spent over a year building it in secret, alongside the best hardware companies and AI research labs. An agent can now do real engineering work: change a requirement, push the update into your CAD and simulation tools, and flag every test that needs to rerun. Iterations/learning cycles that took months are being reduced to days. Agents are the biggest shift in how we engineer hardware since CAD. The core innovation for the CAD era was the parametric model. The core innovation for the Agentic Era is Flow's Systems Graph. The systems graph is a living model of every requirement, design model, test, analysis and every connection between them. It gives every agent the full context of the system, so every change stays consistent across the whole design. Engineers and agents work side by side on the same system. Engineers get to focus on architecture - the decisions that matter -while thousands of agents churn through rewriting reports, rerunning analysis and simulation, and triggering tests. Reusable rockets, self-driving cars, small modular reactors, robots that make decisions, the most complex machines ever built, are defined by millions of interconnected requirements, far beyond what any human team can keep aligned on its own. Rivian, Joby, Astranis, Skydio, Radiant, and the most ambitious hardware programs already build on Flow. More on the launch in the comments. Flow Engineering

Micron is going to $4,000 and once you understand what inference actually is, the number stops sounding crazy (Save this). Dylan Patel just said that by 2030, OpenAI and Anthropic alone will need over 100 gigawatts of compute combined and by 2040, we may not even be measuring AI infrastructure in gigawatts anymore. We may be talking about terawatts. Every single one of those gigawatts needs memory to function. Without it, the compute is worthless. Most people heard that and thought about Nvidia but they should be thinking about Micron. Every AI model generating a response has two phases. The first is prefill, processing your prompt which is compute-heavy and the second is decode generating each word one token at a time and that phase is almost entirely memory-bound, not compute-bound. During decode, the GPU's processing units sit idle more than 95% of the time, waiting for data to arrive from memory. Google confirmed it in a research paper that decode-phase bottlenecks are dominated by memory bandwidth and capacity not raw compute. The GPU is not the bottleneck but the memory feeding the GPU is. This matters because inference is now where all the money lives. Training a model happens once, Inference happens billions of times a day every ChatGPT response, every Claude output, every agentic workflow running in the background and every one of those token streams is a billing event tied directly to memory performance. Adding more GPUs does not fix this because GPUs are already underutilized in inference because they are sitting idle waiting on memory. Adding more memory bandwidth and capacity is what directly reduces token cost, reduces latency, and allows the same cluster to serve dramatically more users simultaneously. Longer context windows compound the problem further, a model running a 1 million token context window requires dramatically more memory per session than a 10,000 token window, and every new model generation pushes context longer. The market treats memory as a downstream beneficiary of Nvidia orders. The correct framework is the opposite, Micron is the upstream constraint on how much value every Nvidia GPU can actually generate at inference scale. Micron guided Q4 to $50 billion in revenue, has HBM4 ramping at twice the pace of the prior generation, and CEO Sanjay Mehrotra has said supply will not catch demand before the end of 2027. At 8x forward earnings on $112 projected FY2027 EPS, Micron is the most undervalued infrastructure company in the entire AI stack. Inference is memory. Memory is Micron and the inference ramp has barely started. Milk Road Pro members are already up massively on this position and we're just getting started. "If you look at what has happened in Eastern Congo, and everything we have gone through over the past four or five years, and you look at what we have left behind, there is evidence. There are facts that speak for themselves. In Eastern Congo, in Goma and elsewhere, the whole world came together against Rwanda. The whole world lined up against Rwanda: the FDLR and all the groups associated with it that have been mentioned, the Wazalendo, the Burundian forces, the FARDC, the South Africans, and many others. I would rather not spend time naming them all; there were so many. When you look at the scale of what they had assembled there and what they were up against, it is clear that what they were trying to do was wage war against Rwanda, destabilize our country, and reshape it the way they wanted. In fact, they said so themselves. Ordinarily, if someone were to say these things without evidence, you might think they were simply trying to frighten people, to intimidate them. To convince themselves that what they wanted was within reach and that they were going to achieve it, they even brought in mercenaries. You know that many of them passed through here. We gave free passage to our enemies, allowing them to leave a war they waged against us, a war that was never theirs to begin with. That alone tells you something. And it is also something for which our forces, together with others who stood with them, deserve recognition. As for Rwanda, we will always be in a struggle for our very existence. Regardless of those who wish us harm, surrounding us from many sides, one thing remains true: we should and will always be a step ahead of them. It is our right. It is our will. And our history has taught us that we have within ourselves the capacity to defend and protect ourselves whenever necessary. And that is exactly what we will continue to do." Some souls are so beautiful because they are brave. They see the pain carried by their parents, they understand where the decay began and how it spread - still, they do their best not to let it rot them from within. There are those who have been hurt by their parents, yet still love them, not because their parents were perfect but because they choose to love what is imperfect and to honour the origin point of a part of themselves. Yet many carry immense guilt even in admitting their parents failed them. Their compassion is so great that they hold themselves back from facing the full weight of the truth they deserve, always one step removed, always at arm's length, unable to let it land because of that guilt. But the body remembers. The truth is, both can be true. You can despise the decay and pain that has been unleashed upon you without guilt and honour your own suffering, your own journey - at the same time, you can acknowledge how your parents came to be as they are, through the weight of their own unhealed and unresolved pain. Similarly, those who feel immense resentment and hate towards their parents often find, in the quiet moments before they fall asleep, that a part of them still longs to connect - a subtle whisper of desire always remains, because they carry hope. Hate is just corroded love, it is not indifference. It is love unresolved and suspended, pooled like still water. The most heartbreaking part is that they feel disgust, sometimes even hatred, towards themselves for wanting this. Yet no matter how much they rationalise, a part of them will always long for it. And it is okay to want this. It does not make them weak or pathetic. The polarity must be felt in full, and then accepted in its entirety, on both ends. The greatest wars are not fought between angels and demons, but in the hearts of those who carry the deepest wounds.
