If the Tesla driver is in auto-pilot they are 100% able to set the vehicle to SPEED. There are multiple different speed levels.

Tesla is very explicit on this. When operating full self-driving, it require you to supervise the machine. You can't delegate that away. Sometime in the future, the car may be designated as not requiring a human operator, but that is not today.

My Tesla was speeding on mad max last week. I realized it and…..turned it off. Passed a cop one minute later. 😮‍💨 😅
