The enitre road - footpath has been captured since ages by these stalls which is infact a Fire Hazard🔥 Wonder why the authorities are silent on these encroachment? This road can be easily converted into an alternate approach to CSMT & ease congestion, if there is any intent.

If there is just one thing India can do fast to improve quality of life- its footpaths. Not Multi crore flyovers, not 8 lane highways, just a simple 10 feet wide footpath everywhere. This is such a low hanging fruit, why can’t we do this. (Let’s figure out problem of encroachments later). Why is Hindu faith so often made fun of or questioned? Even though we are the majority in our own country, every time it feels like the rules are not the same for everyone. Rules should be equal and fair for all, especially in exams and public places. If there are special provisions like reservations for minorities, then at least the basic rules should be the same for everyone. Equality means treating every belief with the same respect.
