If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post below

Drain well. Separate the cabbage leaves and boil them for 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, rice, sautéed onion, parsley, and all the seasonings. Honey w Spices for Inflammation, Digestion & Immunity Try this Indian Ayurvedic recipe: * Raw honey * Ground turmeric * Ground ginger * Black pepper * Ground cinnamon (optional but so good!) Fire Honey Recipe: * ½ cup raw honey * 1 tsp ground turmeric * 1 tsp ground ginger * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional) How to make it: 1. Gently warm honey to loosen if needed (don’t overheat!) 2. Stir in all spices until combined 3. Store in glass jar at room temp 4. And this? This is the very first piece of artificial limestone, YES, CaCO3, YES, hard as f and YES, waterproof, what I made from… Wood ash ONLY!!! 100% caveman tech! Now look at the color of this thing. How would you describe it? May I say it has the color of the pyramids? Hell yeah! Why? BTW: this is just the binder. Add original, natural limestone and fossils and you’ll en up with “natural” limestone. (With a bit of potassium residue.) Any questions? The secret recipe maybe? Anyone interested? Here you go: 1. Burn 🔥 everything around you and collect the wood ash 2. Burn natural limestone (calcination) to produce quick lime Steps 1. and 2. can be combined into one step. 3. Make wood ash lye the traditional way, by dripping drip 💧 water on wood ash and collecting the water that went through the ash. Any vessel will do but an oak barrel is the traditional way doing it. I used a plastic bucket with holes at the bottom. The wood ash lye is mostly KOH and K2CO3. What we need is CaCO3. We need to change the letter K to letters Ca. We’ll do it by adding the letters Ca to the liquid. 4. Add quick lime (CaO) or hydrated lime, slaked lime (Ca(OH)2) to the lye until it stops bubbling in vinegar. (We badly miss a decent video at this point, Marcell!!!) 5. Add (or don’t add) fossils = natural limestone rubble to the mix, stir well 6. Get rid of of the excess liquid through a nub Now any expert can tell you that this will never make a stone because of two reasons: 1. Billions of years and 2. High pressure are needed Well, no. The first point is just total nonsense, and although the second has something in it, it is false. Virtually ANY pressure will make it, including my current technique of squeezing it in a kitchen cloth. I’m not kidding. No pressure- no stone, that is correct. But only a minimal level of pressure, using my bare hands is enough to push the freshly made CaCO3 molecules close enough for crystallization (calcit) to begin. And here we are.

Will you get up for early AM lifts and not just drag yourself there but arrive happy and energized, eager to work and motivate your teammates? 2. Are you ready to miss family events—weddings, birthdays and be separated from your parents for longer than you ever have before? 3. Can you manage every aspect of your life for the first time by yourself, before you even throw in the rigors and demands of a sport? 4. Can you survive in an environment where you are defined by your sport and have very little social life existence outside of athletic and academic obligations? 5. Can you handle the mental challenge of going from the super star to possibly bottom of the roster, sitting on the bench, and/or not traveling with the team? 6. Will you be genuinely happy for your roommate who is getting all the playing time and attention while you’re getting none? If all answers are a resounding YES than you are built for this, but it’s not for everyone. And actually not for most. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Fear of ticks will not deter me from being outdoors. No way! Here’s my go-to for tick (and flea and mosquito) repellent. 🍃❤️🍃 TICK BLOCK For Clothing/Gear (4 oz bottle) 3 oz distilled water 1–2 tsp food-grade vegetable glycerin (emulsifier) 50–60 drops total essential oils (for a solid ~2–3% blend): —12–15 drops Clove bud (one of the top performers for repellency) —12–15 drops Rose Geranium —10 drops Cedarwood —8–10 drops Lemongrass or Thyme —Optional: 3–5 drops Lavender for milder scent OIL AND WATER DON’T MIX! Mix Oils into glycerin first then add water. Shake hard before every use. Store cool/dark; make fresh batches every 1–2 weeks. Spray thoroughly on pant legs/cuffs, socks, inside shoes, uppers/laces, boot tops, shirts, backpacks, etc. Let dry a few minutes. Reapply every 1–2 hours or after dew/wet grass contact. Tuck pants into socks + wear light-colored clothing (easier to spot ticks). FOR SKIN APPLICATION: Same recipe, but decrease Clove Oil and Cedarwood oil to 6 drops each in the recipe and do a patch test on inner arm first. Clove and Cedarwood can be irritating to sensitive skin. PETS: Use cautiously with dogs. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT’S SAFE FOR CATS! (Cats are so weird!) OTHER ANTI-TICK TO-DO’S Extra Natural Layered Strategies Physical barriers: Long pants/sleeves, gaiters over shoes, tucking everything in. Light colors help you see ticks quickly. Tick checks: Thorough full-body (and clothing) checks immediately after outings, plus a shower with scrubbing. Yard/habitat tweaks (if applicable): Mow grass short, clear leaf litter/brush, create gravel or woodchip borders between lawn and woods.
