Disturbing cases like this, in which a 24-year-old Alabama man is accused of coercing a Lafourche Parish teenager he met on Roblox into self-harm, suicide attempts, and sending explicit images, are exactly why I filed a lawsuit against Roblox. At the end of the day, Roblox must act as a responsible member of our community and do more to protect children.

They say computer algorithms are driving a ‘tsunami’ of extreme and violent images to young people’s phones, and new legislation to protect kids is bound to fail, unless the Prime Minister himself steps in and gets tough. The CEO of Roblox just went on Fox and Friends and completely dodged the question about me Instead of answering, he tried to shift blame by saying the communication happened on “other platforms.” David, those so-called “other platforms” (discord) are services Roblox is directly integrated into and funnels their users on. You do not get to hide behind them now. Also, acting like all of this only happened on other sites is simply false. We had child predators actively planning meetups inside Roblox games. We sent that evidence directly to your team and you ignored it, even after felony predator arrests tied to the platform. You then blocked me after I tried sending this to you over twitter. This here was a predator that planned a meetup directly on Roblox, ingame saying it in chat Why did Roblox wait until after my video to ban a predator who showed up in person to meet a child? This predator came back to Roblox, I sent a support ticket and was ignored again, I replied to David about it on twitter and he BLOCKED me! And keep in mind as well, Roblox is directly integrated with Discord. Roblox literally owns a bot on the platform and funnels users there. They’re practically business partners and to act like there is no affiliation while driving their player base there is insane (sorry for the repost i got confused with how many times rtc just posted lol)
