No! Boss, this is all mispresented. It’s wrong from the lens of the word. I pray I get enough time to come back to this to break it down further. In the meantime, the assurance of salvation is in its eternal nature. The confidence that whatever veering off a saved person does, is consistent with one truth. That is, man by nature is wired to be evil. Then such trait plays out, there’s an everlasting throne of mercy that’s assured to providentially restore such a one. Then the question about those who intentionally sin or curse God after being saved. The first question, were they actually saved or they said they were saved. There are those who named the name of Christ but never deviated from iniquity at all in the guise to deceive and satisfy their bellies. There are many references to this. If we say salvation can be lost, then we are better off living life as though we are in the days of Moses. However, the Bible clearly talks about how this approach estranges one from the grace of Christ and repositions one under the curse of the Law. The way it is framed may sound honourable but it’s far from the truth because, when one truly loves the Lord, nothing can separate them from His arms. The denial of Christ is the utter refusal of His witnessing spirit from the beginning. For one whose life has been swapped with the life of Christ after being crucified with him, how then does such a one lose the only life that they have left?

Yes you can. Here are two scriptures: 1 Timothy 6:10 NLT [10] For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows. Paul says many "wandered" from the faith, piercing themselves with sorrow. In Hebrews, Hebrews says this: Hebrews 6:4-6 NLT [4] For it is impossible to bring back to repentance those who were once enlightened—those who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, [5] who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come— [6] and who then turn away from God. It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame. So, it's possible to lose salvation.

But if any person decides to leave the faith, were they truly born again? (1 John 2:19)

Wait and see the barrage of “once saved is forever saved” advocates cry out and say he is a false apostle Some one gave you something that you didn’t do anything to get. You are saying what you were giving is forever Even if I do anyhow,I can’t loose it Keep deceiving yourself

If we can lose our salvation, then that means attaining it will depend on our works but not the finished work of christ

Our salvation and redemption is through the grace of Jesus Christ we didnt earn it but it's a free gift from God unto us. You don't lose your salvation due to divorce cos that was a result of manipulation, devises of the enemy and it is still our saviour that saves such marriage.

Boss,I am sorry. God hate divorce and even on that note if is impossible for God to divorce or allow it. Man of God,I beg waaa. Divorce was man made not God made. One can't loose His salvation A genuine salvation is never lost or else that salvation is based on works...

Salvation is a new birth, that which is born of God has God's kind of life So unless God can die, that which is born of God cannot die If salvation is not dependent solely on Jesus then no one can be saved. If salvation depends (no matter how little) on the one being saved then he/she has a right to boast. It feels good to think you'd make heaven because of something you did/are doing but that's just pride You people don't understand that the kind of salvation you're advocating for where the one being saved has a part to play in their redemption, cannot save anybody Our response to God after we've been saved is because we've been saved not because we're to maintain salvation If 'God will never walk away' then what are we even saying Saying God will never walk away defeats the whole claim that salvation can be lost If God never walks away then He's always there

@grok can you comment on this? Do these verses really suggest a true believer can lose their salvation as he suggests?

God can be trusted

As Voddie Baucham said that, ''if it were possible to lose our salvation, we would have lost it long ago'' and that means no one would enter heaven. That's such a wrong understanding of the Scriptures and the finished work of Christ. It's impossible to lose it!

Jesus! Which kind of error is this😅.

Lose argument…you can never lose your Salvation

The one that God calls His own is the one that is marked for salvation. That mark is "The Spirit's fruit"/ "God's nature", just as there is DNA which links us to our physical origin. Now tell me, how is it possible to lose that identity _ your DNA?🤷🤦

That’s why we need to hustle for our salvation same way we hustled to get it. We don’t need Christ…we need our effort and we will finish strong 💪

I don’t need a salvation that can be lost.

When we understand the topic of salvation, we will be free from all kinds of preachings. It took the death of Jesus to save man and the Bible says He is never gonna die again, that means it would have to take another death of Jesus (which is never happening again) to lose Jesus

How did you get saved that'll make you lose it? Is it by your works or effort?

So how do you intend to enter heaven?

Oga rest....no one can lose their salvation.....Salvation is eternal.....

@realTonyUche One can’t lose his / her salvation..

That was incredible how? lol y’all are funny.

Everyone’s(God’s creation) name is in the book of life,be it Muslims,Christians, pagans or whatever. However God gave us a free wil to choose btw eternal life or eternal death,He so loved us dat advised us to choose life. So any1 who chooses otherwise, their names wil be blotted out

Wow... But Jesus himself reread the verse that introduced divorce into the Jewish system and said, into beginning it was not so, but the wickedness of men engineered the construct. Secondly everything about salvation is tied to God and not man. But what do I know.

Nope not possible

You can loose the salvation brought to you by Religion not the salvation Jesus Christ died for

The subject "salvation", though claimed to be understood by many, isn't, that's why we have positions of this sort. What he's saying isn't true, and the marriage analogy doesn't pass either....

Can someone tell me why I never hear anything in videos posted on X? I do not have audio issues when I try listening to any audiovisual elsewhere. It's just X. What's going on?

You can lose YOUR salvation but not HIS salvation. The difference.
