For the goals set under Digital Ethiopia 2030 to be achieved, there are two fundamental enabling factors. The first is access to electricity. Access to electricity can be considered the lifeblood of digital technology. The technological gadgets we use require electricity. Therefore, we must expand access to electricity through all possible means. The second is internet connectivity. Many cities have already benefited from internet connectivity. However, in the next five years, this connectivity must be made fully accessible in all areas. By working with the belief that this is achievable, we must create equal opportunities for our citizens.

And, that a process of inclusive national dialogue involving all the signatories to the revitalized agreement will be undertaken, and that all the processes that will move from now will remain credible, and that all parties will be involved and be allowed to participate in this process. It is important that the elections should be inclusive, should be transparent, should be fair, and the security environment should be conducive to conduct free and fair elections.

To all the Teachers of Kenya, you are all great. Our contribution in Parliament yesterday. Confirmation of the over 20,000 JSS Interns can't wait. It must be done now. The policy of barring Teachers from seeking transfers before 5 years of serving in the same School should be amended. All should be free to seek for transfers immediately they're employed. We are African and Africa is our Business..
