I still think rigging is too bad in these tools, auto rig pro + voxel skinning gives a better result in the auto weight painting, its like 10 min setup for a way better result.

Yes - it's a bit of a blunt instrument atm. I'm new to auto rig pro + voxel skinning - do you have a link to resources?

they are both blender plugins, auto rig pro creates the rigging, voxel heat diffuse skinning is an algorithm that applies weight paint to the bones and mesh. here is an example:

Thank you so much. Will study them

i love this!! are you interested in working on something new? im looking for teammates!

Thanks! Glad you like it! No current plans at the moment, but thanks for the interest!

this is great. would love to know more about steps 4 and 5.

Monkey island vibes 🥰

Love these adorable character!

Thanks! Made possible with Meshy!

the point & click mechanic is such a smart choice for this style

It’s a long forgotten genre

definitely due for a comeback

I’m addicted to your posts 😂😂 They’re amazing and really well done! Do you think the Meshy free tier is enough for this type of testing?

I think you can get quite far, but i think i needed the pro tier to get the agility to cut the mesh down to <1000 triangles.

Thanks! I’m planning to test it this weekend. I saw your pinned video yesterday and now I want to try something like this on some small personal projects and share it with my nieces. It's never too late to vibe code with new stacks😅

Do it! Let me know if I can help in any way. Should be releasing a video and some agent skills to help with this process too.

Cool! I won't miss that 🙌

huh that's pretty cool

Thank you Sir

Now to get the humour of secret of monkey island or Tumbleweed Park!

That's the hard part!

Get them there bots training! 🫣

@grok what is nbp here

This is one of the most innovative and interesting I’ve seen out here

Thanks again!

Oh, this is just what I needed, I'll check it out tomorrow morning. Thanks for sharing!

Enjoy! Let me know if there’s any follow up questions !

Wow, that’s amazing! Adding some fake 3D effects to the background would make it look even more realistic!

Need to figure out layering to make the players go in front / behind of stuff

wow, this is cool

This is super cool should have added comment GAME for the prompt 😅😅 (just kidding) seriously though. this is really cool

Haha thanks so much for the support ! Maybe next time lol But not sure I’ll want to deal with sending DMs 1-to-many

LOL I was just kidding. Its not like you can build something like this with a prompt, which was kinda the point haha.

Haha yeah totally

the scene is 2D animation and the characters are 3D assets? wow!

That’s right!

This is sick 👏🏻👏🏻

Thanks Max!

If you’re interested - would love your eyes on - a game I made with @DannyLimanseta

Interesting. As someone who used to write small games earlier I feel curious on how exactly you do this. Do you have a write up/blog about this process?

Thanks! I’ve been posting my process along the way, but will be making a video on it soon!

wild man.

so good

Thanks so much!

Amazing work man. This is great. I haven’t touched 3D at all and these AI workflows pique my interest.

Thanks Jorge - funnily enough, I find working with 3D a lot easier than 2D sometimes

Interesting lol. I would’ve thought the inverse.

Thats an awesome workflow you have. How is meshy doing in your opinion?

I think it’s great and has come a long way

👏

So impressive!

Thanks!

🔥

Amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Smashing it mate! Getting better and better each viewing!

Thanks George! Appreciate it!

When you will push the app in production?

I would love to host this so that others can play it! Just a bit more to go...

Nice! With the used graphics it has some Secret of Monkey Island vibes. 😁

Haha most certainly the inspiration here

Very cool

This is what composability looks like. 5 AI tools chained together to ship a game engine in hours, not months. Seedance isn't the story. It's the stack. When every layer is AI-native, you stop building and start composing.

How many tokens have you burned so far?

I'm trying to do something similar and very inspired to a famous game ;) hope to let's show you

we are reaching levels of abstraction where the developer is just a vibes curator for a group of warring ai models
