It’s been exactly one year since we bought this highway frontage property for our business - 3.5 acres visible to 18k cars passing by daily. The land was totally undeveloped and it’s taken a serious amount of time, money, and headache to get to where it is now. Why... buy land and build a building instead of renting a shop for the time being? I think about this often, as this journey hasn’t been easy dealing with the State, groundwater, expensive infrastructure and building delays. However, we wanted to cement ourselves in our community and build exactly what we want - from the layout to the landscaping, all done in the image of The Woolshire - to be here for generations to come. The outside of the building will be done this week. The slab will be poured next week, and then we can move our wool mill inside and start to run electric, HVAC, and then insulate and finish. Everything worthwhile takes hard work and determination. The Lord has blessed us with a beautiful land and building and we are really excited for the future. San Francisco’s economy is recovering, and people want to be here again. As we continue to build that momentum, we need to make sure that San Franciscans feel the benefits and can continue to raise their kids in this incredible city. We need to build housing, we need to create jobs, and we need to keep bringing people back downtown, our front door to the world and the economic engine for our city. That’s why today I am proud to announce the BUILD Act with Supervisor Bilal Mahmood—a legislative package that will unlock stalled housing projects and create thousands of good union jobs. The BUILD Act will reform the transfer tax to incentivize investment in these housing projects and buildings downtown—stimulating new jobs for electricians, plumbers, and laborers. And we will put forward a ballot measure in November to ensure that transfer tax is paid on properties in foreclosure so we can offset revenue impacts. Our politicians used to take our workers and our families for granted. But those politicians are gone, and those days are over. We are now creating the conditions for our city’s success. By passing the BUILD Act, we will take the next step, creating the jobs and building the housing that San Franciscans deserve.

I need honest answers Nigerians: So last year we moved to this Estate in Owerri from Onitsha, my father bought the land years back so last year we finally built on it and moved in. Since then we have been taking care of the street because we are the first to finish building and moved in others haven't and some lands are still empty. So now we want to use our fathers name to register the street but they told my mom that we will be paying to the government every year to keep our street name, this made her now told another person who is also building in our street to use his name and register it, she said she can't afford to do that. So my question is why should we pay to the government to keep our street name, shouldn't the government pay us for keeping the environment clean ?

We are now back to full blown hard work after an incredible week at #aptosworldtour We are more bullish on Aptos than ever after seeing the incredible team and developers enjoying the MOVE language. With our season being over my contract with Team Vitality 🐝 has ended It has been a rocky journey and through each challenge it has been a test of who we are and what we’re made of. I can personally say that the work ethic of the team cannot be put to question and everyone was willing to go over and above to get us to where we wanted to be. It can feel like all the work had no reward, but I truly believe that the work is an investment for a lifetime and not just a season. To the fans, we know it is disappointing and we really dreamed of that fairy tale story in Paris. For now the players, coaches and staff appreciate the support that has been given and even I could feel the warmth of the well wishes and welcomes I received when I joined the org. I will appreciate the memories of everyone here that will last me a lifetime. I’m very grateful to have been here and to have been part of the vitality story💛 🖤🐝

I open up the shed/meeting room and try to create a quiet space where they can relax, take a deep breath and reflect on what is good. We share where we are feeling unrest in our lives. We read from the wisdom found Proverbs and then we spend time in prayer. Afterwards the kids have access to the field to throw and hangout together. It’s the highlight of my week. Connect and build community. That’s the business we are in.

Their unwavering commitment, sacrifice, and bravery will forever be etched in our memories. These dedicated individuals embodied the spirit of the United Nations, standing on the frontlines of conflict zones to provide much-needed humanitarian assistance and support. They put their lives on the line to bring hope and relief to those affected by violence and despair. Their memory and the impact they made will forever remain. Ola recently announced that they are bringing affordable AI to Indian developers. 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐬 an Indian company has been providing affordable GPUs for developers across the globe since 2020. We are a little known, so I want to share our story here. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 We are bootstrapped, building from the outskirts of Coimbatore. Started as a small team of 4, from humble backgrounds none from IITs/IIMs. Currently, we are a team of 12+. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 The cost of hosting GPU servers 4 years back in India was insanely high. We got 2 quotes which charged us Rs. 1.5L for a single server per month. At that cost, it was not practical for us to do the business. So we went to the first principle to build an MVP for a mini data center/server room. For the first few years, we ran all our servers from a room fitted with ACs, a UPS, and a Generator, which experts claimed would not work. As we scaled, we faced the heat of our setup, but by then we accumulated more money than we had. So last year we moved it to a tier 3+ DC near Bangalore. This helped us boost the confidence of our users, as we have redundancy for power, internet, and networking which gives us and our customers a lot of peaceful nights. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐬 Developers and artists from across the world have supported us in our journey. Some prominent companies are ZOHO (My inspiration), Weights and Biases, UNC, UpGrad, and many more. 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 We crossed 580K USD in the last financial year, the highest ever in our history. Being bootstrapped, the only way for us to grow is to put all the money back. Our customers are our investors, as a founder I have hardly taken a paycheck for the last 4+ years, since the team also believes in our vision they are happy not taking a fancy cheque. 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 As AI evolves, we want to bring the capabilities of AI to users at the lowest prices possible. Being bootstrapped, the only way to survive is to be frugal and disciplined. 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 I am proud of our hiring strategy. We hired only freshers to date, and most of our hires do not have a formal degree. They come from rural areas and economically challenged backgrounds. The average age of our new team is 19. They have played an active role in building our V2 of Jarvislabs and improving the product daily. I love to thank everyone for supporting us in our journey. Ola recently announced that they are bringing affordable AI to Indian developers. 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐬 an Indian company has been providing affordable GPUs for developers across the globe since 2020. We are a little known, so I want to share our story here. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 We are bootstrapped, building from the outskirts of Coimbatore. Started as a small team of 4, from humble backgrounds none from IITs/IIMs. Currently, we are a team of 12+. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 The cost of hosting GPU servers 4 years back in India was insanely high. We got 2 quotes which charged us Rs. 1.5L for a single server per month. At that cost, it was not practical for us to do the business. So we wanted to also share one last thing. One of the things we pride ourselves on is trying to get people to care about us soccer and the us national teams. In whatever form that takes our job is to help grow this fan base. As an example… We lost sound the entire game tonight at one of our parties and the fans stayed the entire 90 mins and anthems with no sound. Body to body singing the whole damn time. And our other watch party had a mile line long to get in. These things don’t just happen it takes a ton of work. So sometimes we will post things to try and get someone on the fence to go ok ya I want to go to that. And sometimes we will post other things. Tonight we were proud to be us soccer supporters.
