$It’s so sad that this “Cancel” button is basically one of the ONLY elements in the whole iOS 26 that supports the TRUE Liquid Glass 😭 It features background refractions and reflections of nearby elements on its edges. Most other elements feature fake, static highlights, and others use gyroscope to again create fake reflections on the edges.$

I see Liquid Glass everywhere but the problem is everyone’s created a sphere and that’s it. I prefer to create systems. I’ve Vibecoded the full-fledged cpu based universal Liquid Glass design system that works on every browser and device , getting closer and closer to the official iOS 26 one. Devastated to hear that Brian Wilson has died. He was and is the greatest genius in the history of popular music, and it’s not close. Even in this solo demo his gift is clear, though to him it’s just another take (‘let’s hear that’, he casually says at the end). Add his brothers’ harmonies and it’s the closest thing we have to hearing the voice of God. Rest in peace, the greatest of all time.

Instead of putting up a traditional railing that would’ve blocked the view and taken away from the beauty of his new stairs, he went with glass instead. The difference is huge. The stairs still feel open, modern, and showcase the wood instead of hiding it behind vertical spindles. The glass railing does exactly what it’s supposed to do — keep it safe — without sacrificing how good the staircase looks. It’s a clean, simple choice that makes the whole space feel bigger and more intentional. Would you ever choose glass railings if you were building or updating stairs?
