I live in an area where they have tornado warning tests once a week that consist of a siren and an announcement. It isn’t always the same person giving the announcement, but that’s the way they all sound. I can hear the siren, but rarely can I understand any of the announcement.

I have a thing with sirens and I really enjoy this one. I’m sad for the ppl and animals affected by the flood though, not making light of the situation. Just saying… that is a nice sound.
