@NickChaps96 I went around that era and it was awesome. FutureWorld with the smell or oranges blew us away.

@NickChaps96 It went from an affordable family destination to a pure money grab. It's no longer the magical place it once was.

@NickChaps96 We started going with our kids in the 80s. Beautiful memories of fabulous times.. attractions that were interesting and fun. World of Motion, Horizons, Walter Cronkite narrator on Spaceship Earth, Universe of Energy, Hydrolators, Figment and Dreamfinder.. wow!

@NickChaps96 As a little kid admittedly I didn’t like EPCOT Center, I used to want to be at The Magic Kingdom. Once I got older I started to really like the park. Now it’s a close second favourite for me.

@NickChaps96 It was cool but did not seem very as futuristic as what would really transpire. They never imagined phones and neuralink or longevity technology or anything like that. That would have blown me away. It predicted phone booths with screens. Woo.

@NickChaps96 Here I’m in 1985 with my parents! And I’m today in Epcot… well, what can I say, now it’s less WOW… but always magic.

@NickChaps96 I caught the tail end of it in 1993, before Innoventions came and started ruining everything. At least they are trying to right the ship. Recently there is more edutainment, more EPCOT Center style…and if D23 goes well hopefully more Dreamfinder 🤞

@NickChaps96 Loved Epcot in the 80’s. As some one who as a kid didn’t like fast rides I loved all the slow moving Omni movers plus extremely detailed rides.

@NickChaps96 I was there when I was 15 or so and it was awesome and then again in 94 and even then it was awesome. It was also very affordable I think for 2 people to get in was like maybe 80 bucks it might have been cheaper I just don't remember.

@NickChaps96 EPCOT is no longer about technology, energy, the environment, or culture. Today it’s all about cartoon characters and drinking around the world.

@NickChaps96 EPCOT was greatness mid 80s -early 90's ... went downhill early 2000's Between 1984 and 1988 went 3 times never forgotten. Last 2015 a good to forget.
