Wild video, but jumping straight to “it’s starting” is a reach. Transformers blow from load issues, equipment age, or accidental contact way more often than people think. Also, Black Hawks do fly low sometimes... training runs, maintenance flights, or coordinated work with local agencies. Low altitude alone isn’t evidence of an “operation.”
