It’s been a long time since l did a ‘drop set’ 🤪 (Clinton Administration) After l finished squats yesterday, l figured “Hey Fatass? Why don’t you do a drop set for 8 reps? See if you can”🤔 I figured extra squats won’t hurt so l did it. New knees work beyond my expectations

Many of the best DBs I ever trained wanted to practice DB Drills in tennis shoes to work on controlling their speed and keeping their feet underneath their frame while making cuts.
