I've been doing this for 3 months and somehow I'm still confused. ๐ How far should I stand? How much should I bend? Straight arms or slight bend? Every trainer seems to have a different answer. How do YOU do it?

Don't stop, keep working, friend.

Do it in whatever way you feel the most connection with your lats. You might try dumbbell pullovers on a decline bench if available.

The more trainers I listen to, the more complicated it gets.๐

Stand closer, mostly upright, use abs to keep fur and get a nice back workout

Try making the bar touch below your knees

i only recommend too straighten back up a bit as you squeeze back, then lower back down like you do when you stretch them. And squeeze your lats for a briefe pause before you lower back down too contract them more. Otherwize IMO you are doing great

Rows and pull-ups are better and more functional

I have lower back issues so I dont stick my butt out like that, I'm a little more upright but I still feel in it in my back. Try different angles and see where you get the burn

Every body is different. Are you feeling your lats during the movement? If so youโre doing something right.

I tweeted something similar yesterday and everyone keeps dropping their own 2 cents ๐

It is almost ok. Just feel the strech in you lats No one thing fits all

Looks solid. If you really want to target the lats, find a Nautilus pullover ๐ Or the next best thing is to get a pair of ab slings and attach them to a pulldown machine.

Looks good, maybe a little too far out.

Everyone has their own opinion, do whatever feels right for you.

Already told you you're arching too much. Also use a rope it give u more ROM. I feel my lats using ropes only.

set a bench on 30 degrees, lay on it and do that exercise without any doubts and questions

I recently started using an incline bench and rope instead. 1) 60 degrees with back on the bench 2) 45 degree facing the bench. More lat isolation

Canโt you do this kneeling for more stability?

I'm not opening my ass for entry like that bro. Find another work out

Get in a fixed position at about 60 degrees ( no need to move your torso) , arms very slighty bent, just stand in a position that the cable is not pulling you over.

use ez bar/grip

I stand up straight with legs slightly bent.
