I've been playing around with Chrome's experimental HTML-in-Canvas API (I use it to create my videos), and I wanted to see if I could make text-selection work on a curved surface by moving the underlying element around on pointermove. It works pretty well!

I unlocked the drawing feature in Heartopia, love the game (even with PC controls needing changes). Now i can place a canvas around and paint pixel art, sew it on clothes, put it on furnitures for other players to see. A video of me drawing a landscape on it

I created my own custom water material and underwater post process material in UEFN! It uses distance fields to create foam and ripples around objects on the surface and I can also add algae/pondscum to the surface. I plan on adding more features to this material soon! For underwater, I project a caustics material along surface normals in the underwater post process material as well as using scene depth to make things up close appear clear and things farther away appear not as clear. #UEFN #Fortnite

I've been showing the output of my flight reconstruction tool for a while and I wanted to share something like it which wasn't a mess of hand tuned stuff that required X-Plane. So I created a completely new version in javascript that runs in an HTML page so that anyone can use it. The output is a KML file which is a tour that works in Google Earth pro with all the attitude information included. This is a long way from perfect, I messed around with multiple smoothing algorithms and none of them compares well with the python code, but they're readable and understandable for anyone.
