In terms of owning slaves and wanting abolition, for Thomas Jefferson it actually was a very principled and well thought out set of beliefs. Once you really dig into what he believed it makes complete and total sense why he both held slaves and believed in the abolition of slavery. Essentially, Jefferson inherited this system which began before he was born. He believed that slavery was wrong, that they should be free. However, Jefferson also believed that they were so fundamentally different from Americans down to their very nature as well as due to the history between our two groups that we could never coexist in a way as equals under the same government. Thus, slavery had to be maintained until an actual solution could be found. The solution he arrived at was then to work on gradual abolition combined with subsequent deportation from the United States to their own country. This is also why Liberia exists. Slavery was an inherited problem which could not be dealt with simply by freeing them all, as it would produce endless societal convulsions which would never be possible to correct by giving them citizenship. Once you understand this, it now makes a whole lot of sense why he owned slaves and believed in the abolition of slavery. There were no massive contradictions of "unprincipled exceptions." That is a complete myth created later to impose modern views of egalitarianism onto the founders they never themselves held. That is where the actual contradiction lies. It is a contradiction between modern American beliefs and the beliefs of those the founders held, not on the founders themselves. Here is what Thomas Jefferson believed: "Nothing is more certainly written in the book of fate than that these people are to be free. Nor is it less certain that the two races, equally free, cannot live in the same government. Nature, habit, opinion has drawn indelible lines of distinction between them. It is still in our power to direct the process of emancipation and deportation peaceably and in such slow degree as that the evil will wear off insensibly, and their place be pari passu filled up by free white laborers." - Thomas Jefferson That is a totally consistent set of views, beliefs, and actions he took. Believing that they are inconsistent is actually an anachronistic reading and imposing modern views onto the past. "All men are created equal" simply does not mean what you think it does. That itself was a crafted and controlled narrative made well after the 18th century.

Inspired talking about Skewmond and" the best jungler in the west" debate Q: Everyone was talking a lot of Skewmond, and I would like to know about: do you believe like the series put an end to any debate about the best jungler in the West? Inspired: To me, there was never a debate. I knew that I’m always the best, but I think Skewmond is a good player. I wouldn’t say that he had any phenomenal series, though, this tournament. I think he, against T1, he still made a lot of mistakes. When he was stronger, he didn’t really try to fight enemies, and or sometimes just over committed a bit, and I think G2 won against T1 just by waiting for T1 to make mistakes. I think today, I think Skewmond played well in the team fights. I think every time he was on my screen and we’re like skirmishing and team fighting, I think he did a good job. But I think just like team wise, and like how they all played together as a team and use their jungler was wrong. And it’s hard to say, as I always said, that don’t really know who’s there like which jungler is good because you don’t really know what was his idea beyond the game plan, what his teammates wanted to do. But it just seems like they were not connected well enough, and on top of that, as I said, I think the drafts were not that great. So yeah, I think he’s a good player, but I think they need to work more on team synergy in order to actually pressure when they’re strong if they want to be like the best in the world, because I think they definitely can, but need to work a bit more. James White decided to perform a Twitter traffic stop on Joel Webbon because he did not appreciate the way that Joel rebuked Abby “accuser of the brethren on Christmas” Libby. Multiple times, James laid out exactly how Joel should have responded to this woman, as if she was acting in good faith. Webbon referenced Abby’s prior support for genocide in Gaza, even down to “innocent Palestinian babies.” James mocked this claim, but I included the exact tweet of her’s in the video, whoops! It’s quite clear that this woman is a deranged supporter of Israel; that support is causing her to burn with hatred for actual Christians. The bottom line here is that not everyone is deserving of a good faith response, especially when that person is a scoffer like Abby. It’s ironic that a respecter of persons like James White can’t see that, but it’s not altogether surprising.

PS Raymond Omollo: I don’t think I would want to respond to Osotsi; he is a leader, a senator, a legislator. We are a constitutional country with processes, and if anyone, not just in the name of the PS, is involved in any criminal activity, there is a process that needs to be undertaken. If there is any evidence that you were involved, I would go to a police station, report, and follow the matter. Up to this point in time, I am not sure if anything like that has happened. As it is, I would consider it street talk. The question is, what would be the interest of PS Omollo in attacking Senator Osotsi? What is it that Osotsi is doing that affects my work? #CitizenExplainer
