This is some CRAZY work from James White. Today on the Dividing Line, he brought up how Joel Webbon is now discussing Holocaustianity, which James finds to be absurd and a distraction from the real problem: secularism. (But of course, Joel’s point is that Holocaustianity is the religion of secularism.) And then, with no self-awareness whatsoever, White reminds everyone of the controversy that *he* was directly involved with, where he sought to have a Christian man church disciplined and pastors defrocked…over a HOLOCAUST MEME. Can James White really not see that he was using the holocaust as a test for Christian fellowship? That he was making reverence for the holocaust into a gospel issue? How is that not Holocaustianity?! Well, my mind is blown. How is your’s?

As an early Christmas present for the brothers, I decided to take a break from my own personal “No Fly List” in order to comment on a recent clip from the Dividing Line. On today’s show, James White commented on a clip from Joel Webbon that was posted by Right Wing Watch. Specifically, White is incredulous (as he often is) over the idea of what Webbon calls “Holocaustianity,” the religion of the Post War Consensus. Once again, White (Knight) brings up the “Silence, Jew” tweet from Christmas Day 2025, and once again James completely ignores the context. This evil woman was seeking to blame Refuge Church in Ogden for criminal violence against Jews. Of course, White wouldn’t dare hold the woman responsible and instead only focuses on Joel’s response. Then, James White embraces his inner egalitarian, claiming that he knows women that can provide “leadership in all sorts of different contexts.” Evidently, if it ain’t Sunday and it’s not located at a church building, female leaders are just fine! Finally, after being told by Webbon that he should repent of his internalized feminism, White responds by saying that his daughter Summer is a bigger expert on feminism that Joel could ever be. Well, considering that she divorced her first husband and married a second one, I suppose that’s true. I’m surprised that a biblicist like James White would allow such a thing. The Bible only permits remarriage after the first spouse dies. Stay tuned, there’s more.

I included a clip of him doing exactly that regarding a holocaust meme in 2024. 2) That he hasn’t commented on the Michael Brown scandal because he doesn’t have 10,000 hours to study the documentation. I included a 10 second clip of Brown admitting to spanking a coed. 3) That he has debated Michael Brown on the Talmud and antisemitism. No such debate exists. I prefer to avoid talking about James White, but it’s important to correct the record.

The problem is that he condemns others (Joel Webbon) for doing the same. There are other problems here, though. James White starts out by insulting Joel Webbon’s lack of intelligence and scholarship, specifically as it relates to his recent interaction with Doug Wilson. Really dumb tactic. Doug Wilson has an MA in philosophy. He has never gone to seminary. Where is his theological scholarship? Furthermore, “Doctor” James White got his Th.D. and D.Min. from a non-accredited school: Columbia Evangelical Seminary. This has been pointed out many times, and James is extremely insecure and sensitive about his academic bonafides. But even crazier than that, White is a Ph.D. candidate in Textual Criticism at Northwestern University (South Africa). He had planned to do this doctoral work on P45, but this got derailed due to the Covid pandemic. However, James actually solicited and received donations for this planned course work as well as the necessary materials!!! It’s pretty clear now that this is never going to happen. Instead of petty insults and academic elitism, why not simply respond to what your opponent has said? Or failing that, why not just keep scrolling? Doug Wilson essentially took the view that interracial marriage doesn’t exist because race is impossible to define. That’s not an argument, and neither is James’ hypocrisy regarding donations.

For someone that prides himself on CONSISTENCY above all else, James White has some major issues maintaining it within his own webcast. As AD points out, James White is allowed to have discussions with a Muslim (Yasir Qadhi), but Joel Webbon isn’t allowed to have discussions with a Catholic (Nick Fuentes). In fact, Webbon’s actions here are disqualifying according to James. To me, the next move is obvious. Joel should promote his interview with Nick as an interfaith dialogue. Checkmate! Link:

Gentlemen, I regret to inform you…James White. First, let me say that I appreciate the fact that he reads my tweets even while having me block. Just knowing that the man has to manually search my name every day brings a smile to my face, no homo. But you might be wondering, “What awful thing did DB say this time?” I know I was. Turns out it was simply a reply to a cartoon that Iron Sheep made of White and Durbin. I thought it was funny, so much so that I said, “This is art.” That’s it. That’s what I said. And James didn’t play the cartoon, not because it included profanity, but because it referenced Durbin’s habit of secretly recording confessions of sin. Awkward! James then mentions how I locked my account for a short time, which is true, and he wonders why I did that. BECAUSE JAMES WHITE CALLED FOR ME TO BE DOXED THAT’S WHY. AND A LOT OF FREAKS THAT DO HIS BIDDING JUMPED INTO ACTION. Those threats were real, make no mistake. The kicker is at the end, though. In response to my vile tweet, he brings up Psalm 133:1, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!” Does he not have a modicum of self-awareness? Has anyone in the reformed space spread more disunity in the past two years than James White? Seriously?! If he really wanted unity, it would be good and pleasant for him to stop calling for people to be doxed!

I’ve debated posting this clip for a long time. We had a really good back and forth, and I don’t disrespect Joel. Maybe I’ll get some heat from that from my corner of the Right. But I personally don’t find him to be operating in bad faith. I just don’t think Joel is as well read as he thinks he is concerning the founders and what they thought. It’s pertinent to the video in the OP because Joel refuses to say whether the founders were “racist” by his own definition of racism. Then he goes on to quote Thomas Jefferson. But in this clip when presented with a quote of Thomas Jefferson’s that is barely given a modern rewording, he is completely unaware that Jefferson said it. Which is really the entire issue in a nutshell. All Joel has are cookie cutter quotes from select statements by the founders that are palatable to modern sensitivities. This isn’t uncommon. A quote in the Jefferson Memorial in DC cuts off a massive portion that provides it a context that would not be acceptable in today’s America. Joel, like many on the “Right”, is a conservative. Someone in James White’s chat evidently saw my tweets and asked James to explain the difference between him sitting down with Yasir Qadhi and Joel Webbon sitting down with Nicholas J. Fuentes. The word salad that ensued was pretty epic: 1) James can’t address the entire interaction since it’s a ten part series. (He’s already addressed it multiple times, even before part 1 was released!) 2) James says that Nick Fuentes has said stupid and idiotic things about the Bible and Christianity. (I don’t know what he’s talking about regarding Nick’s statements, but Muslims haven’t?) 3) James says that this discussion is behind a paywall, unlike his discussion with Yasir Qadhi. (All of it will be released publicly over 10 weeks, so this isn’t a real objection.) 4) James says that it’s a stupid question to ask in the first place, just go watch the videos with Qadhi. (READ MY BOOK!) 5) James says that the differences between him and Qadhi were clearly pointed out in their discussions. (Just as Webbon and Fuentes did in their’s.) 6) James says that Yasir Qadhi said nice things about him in a mosque and asked him great questions. (Many great questions between Webbon and Fuentes too!) Just my opinion, but James White really struggled here, just as much as he struggled to find Joel Webbon’s book on Amazon. James Talarico speaks like the Antichrist. Saying God is nonbinary. Saying there are six biological sexes. Saying the trans community needs abortion care. Saying the Blessed Mother Mary accepting God’s will to bear the Son of God in her womb justifies murdering children in the womb. Texans, don’t be fooled by his boy-next-door look. You have to wonder exactly who is being worshipped in Talarico’s church and who the sacrifices on that altar he speaks in front of are being made to. I suspect it’s not to the same God that you and I worship. This man reminds us that politics is not just a competition. It’s not just a game. It is a battle of good versus evil. And we know this for a fact because so much of what comes out of his mouth is evil. It’s not just impractical. It’s not just spending too much. It’s not just engaging in forever wars. It’s not just fraud. It’s evil.
