I’ve never seen someone get pulled over for speeding after the fact

If the cop lost visibility of the car then the cop cannot lawfully stop her. I don’t know if that is the case. The cop should have thrown the lights on at the point of the infraction. In my estimation this stop is unlawful. She needs to sue and get that cop fired.
