I’ve never seen someone get pulled over for speeding after the fact

If the cop lost visibility of the car then the cop cannot lawfully stop her. I don’t know if that is the case. The cop should have thrown the lights on at the point of the infraction. In my estimation this stop is unlawful. She needs to sue and get that cop fired.

That’s where I was confused. If you saw something just throw the lights on and pull her over

Cop said "I can't drive recklessly." Yea ok, I've never seen a cop drive the speed limit

By her voice alone, I'd've gone inside the house as soon as the cop had went in her car.

Something is wrong here. She even backed in to park the car. Did the office stop for a bathroom break in between?
