Dr., I can attest - with reports to back me - that strict carnivore does, in face, heal MS lesions. My husband, 44, relapsing remitting - 3 years of MRI - lesions on thoracic.

Dear Dr Anthony, thank you! Would carnivore/lion diet help people with Chron's disease too? @MrBeast .

Absolutely! That is one of the quickest autoimmune diseases to respond. You really want to be as strict lion diet as possible though, for every autoimmune issue. Watch my video called the real cause of autoimmune diseases for more info on why that is:

I have MS, and went keto nearly 11 years ago. My MS “specialist” said I’d be in a wheelchair by now. ‘Um, no doc, I don’t think so.’ I’m now 63 and am finally able to work again. I’m also off all but one medication. Perfect? No. Better? Yes.

Do you think the 1:2 p:f ratio is a good ratio for anyone looking to optimise health? I’m probably around 1:1.5

It's a range for most people, but I would try to maximize the amount of fat that your body can absorb, because it is limited. So try to saturate your body's ability to absorb fat naturally, and you can tell this by the fact that you can start to get loose stools if you eat a lot more fat than you can absorb. So try to get up to close to that point, but not actually having loose stools.

🙏👍

This is great. Nice to see the vitamin D part people tend to forget. Not just with soap but other chemicals.
