Medicine is an art not a science. Anyone who’s been in the medical system can tell you that. 4 Drs will give you 4 diff opinions and 4 diff recommendations on the best treatment plan. Anyone who says the science is settled really means ‘I know best and you should trust just me’ because they have a big ego and a financial incentive.

There is no such thing as 'settled science' , not just medical science. Newton's science has had to be modified, and I feel sure that in the future, Einstein's science will be modified, as will the science of the pioneers of quantum physics. Fauci needs to be tried, amongst many, for his crimes against humanity!! 🤬🤬

When you crowdsource opinions from people with no context, no expertise, and no real understanding of what goes into a restaurant, you get noise. Not insight. Great food comes from craft, culture, and obsession. Skip the star ratings. Talk to chefs. Talk to locals. Trust your gut. That’s how you find the good stuff.
