Was the assassination attempt on President Trump an attack? Trump’s judicial nominee Daniel Domenico (10th Cir.) thinks so. But was January 6th an attack on the Capitol? Were police officers attacked? Judge Domenico won’t say. Trump doesn't want his crony judges admitting to Richard Blumenthal or anyone on the Senate Judiciary Committee what actually happened that day. They are not fit for this lifetime position.

Because Trump himself ordered his co-conspirators, and Donald Trump himself made phone calls to delay and to make sure that those election results were not certified on January 6th. Why? These records exist because, in the case of the senators, Donald Trump directed his co-conspirators to call these people to further delay the proceedings. He chose to do that. If Donald Trump had chosen to call a number of Democratic senators, we would have gotten toll records for Democratic senators.
